I guess we fall into two camps of opinion over RG's decision not to prosecute Sandusky. I understand both sides of the argument.

Let me try another path here. I would like your opinions on the following: 1) Yes or No (and why): Do you think RG's phone call to PF on his way to Lewisburg was "deceptive"? 2) Yes or No (and why): Do you think the earlier trip to a local lake (where he was recognized by someone who knew him) was to scout the lake as a possible location to dispose of the laptop and drive, and because he was recognized, decided not to dispose of the laptop in the lake, later opting for the river? 3) What is your percentage of probability that the Fenton sighting putting RG back in Lewisburg is accurate?

1. I don't know that RG went to Lewisburg. I know the Mini was found parked there. I know someone who smoked was either in the car or leaned into the car. I know RG didn't permit smoking in the vehicle. We also don't know what RG said to PF--we know what was reported about that conversation. There may be a good bit withheld for investigative purposes. OR RG might have misled PF for professional or personal reasons. 2. No, I don't think that he went to scout for a place to dispose of the laptop. Sledgehammer. A zillion pieces. A bunch of dumpsters in different locations. Must less likelihood of being seen disposing of a whole computer or a hard drive. And that would be only if I believed RG would have destroyed state property, when all he would need to do is have IT wipe the drive, per standard protocol when turning in a laptop, wait until nobody even though about the laptop and then jump off a bridge or "walkaway" or retire. To my mind it's a ludicrous scenario.

I need to look some stuff about the Fenton thing--it's not fresh in my mind.

1) I think it could have been for the purpose of establishing where he was. I would not call that deceptive. It also could have been that he would not be home to let the dog out.

2) Yes. Being recognized may not have been the reason. He might have been worried that the water level would go down and expose it.

I will say that there is evidence beyond a reasonable doubt:

A. RFG wanted to get rid of the data on his laptop. It was clearly not related to a case, since he asked a defense attorney about it.

B. RFG did the computer searches.

C. RFG tossed the drive.

All that said, in the circumstances, i.e. RFG used it as his home computer, he was planning to retire and would be returning it, and knowing that the county would access his hard drive, I don't think that there is necessarily anything unusual in that. I'm not exactly a master hacker doing something nefarious in the Deep Web, but I would not want someone else to go flipping through my hard drive. :)

3) I think the odds that Fenton saw RFG in the parking lot behind the Courthouse at about 3 PM on 4/15/05 are zero. Fenton is on the tape at that time, but neither RFG nor the car Fenton saw is on the tape, where she said it was.

Is it possible that Fenton saw RFG in the parking lot at 3:00 PM on 4/14/05? Yes. Is it possible that she saw RFG in the metallic colored car on 4/15/05, but in the street (and out of camera range)? Yes.

I would give it 50% likely that RFG was in the general area of the Courthouse in a different car on either 4/14 or 4/15/05.

JJ has noted that no female has been reported as missing during the time frame. I would counter that it cannot be assumed a woman would have been from the area. She could be a confederate, long distance lover, lure, close friend and confidant or representative of another nations embassy.

The BPD was looking nationally. I think for a while they were looking at a missing woman in Iowa at one point.

A confederate, or helper, who would later join RFG, is possible.

Now why would the female need to be missing she is probley hiding in plane sight and well time will tell

I didn't she would have to be missing, but if a strange guy showed up with a woman known to people around her, there would be some questions. A woman relocating to another place would be more possible.

We can say that RFG hopped into a car with another woman and the both vanished.

Trackergd,

This is something for you to chew on. Listen to the whole thing and let me know what you think. I trust your objective opinion. Thanks

SuperSmith,

Been working my way through this a bit at a time. Really hectic here at work. One of the things that is sticking with me is the whole "I am So and So and I work for a Federal Agency but I can't tell you which one". When I joined here, I sent the owners an entire package of articles of cases I have been on, my state certificate and other documents. When dealing with an interview, where the interviewee is claiming to be someone but offers no proof, it makes it had to swallow any of the rest of it. HOWEVER, I am keeping an open mind and will get through it. :)

I am most of the way through it. IF it is factually true, wow. Just at the part where RG is mentioned.

On the other hand... Your opinion on the below?

JJ, in no more than 5 or 6 sentences (to keep it clear): Why are you SURE that RG closed the case before Lauro did the report? Links, please.

OK, I have gotten through the entire thing.

Honestly, I am stuck on the credibility of Blehar. If what he is saying is true, it is probably one of the most massive cover-ups in history, rivaling the Kennedy assassination, the Kecksburg incident and Roswell.

The bottom line is either Blehar is a nut job and we move on, or he's on the mark and we have a massive child sex 🤬🤬🤬🤬 ring running in PA that involves big and powerful people with lots of disposable income. We have seen this in other parts of the country and within the Catholic Church, so it's not a big surprise.

Where does RG fall into this? I could see all of this playing into any of the three scenario's. Suicide due to guilt over the victims, payed a ton of cash to vanish somewhere else in the world or killed to protect powerful people in high positions within and outside of government.

J.J, what is your opinon on Blehar? Just curious.

I am reminded of an old adage. "In every rumor, there is a grain of truth".

So now that I am back home and everyone walking by my desk is not seeing what website I'm on... ;)

My issue with Blehar is what "government" agency is he an investigator for? If it is the FBI, CIA and like agencies, I have a larger degree of faith in his information. If he is an investigator for the Bureau of Land Management or Department of Mines....not so much, in fact some of us who have been on this case for years would be "as" qualified to look into this case as he claims to be.

Super Smith, I hope I have been fair and objective. Feel free to comment and give your opinion. If I were to take what Blehar says as gospel, I would lean more toward the homicide scenario. If not, I am as clueless as before I listened to it... :D

Thank you for your thoughts and review Tracker. I'm inclined to think he worked for the CIA in the past as an intelligence analyst. He is far to thorough for me to believe he is some nut job. He has been at it for years and continues to dig. Let's face it, this isn't the first time we have heard of pedophile rings, corruption, sex slavery etc and it goes back before Sanduskys case. Why not in sleepy PA? The only thing that has kept me from believing in Blehars story 100% is that you'd think that if the powers that be took out a sitting DA that they also would've taken out Sandusky in current years to keep him quiet.

Sandusky would have been obvious...possibly too obvious. It may have had LE pulling all the victims and their families in and grilling on their whereabouts. The thought may also have been to let Sandusky rot in jail and possibly become the sexual toy of other inmates.

You may have noticed that a PSU assistant professor just went missing. I agree that there is probably a large pedophile ring operating in the state that involves some pretty big and powerful people. I also agree with Blehar that the investigation launched into RG's disappearance was not nearly as large in scope and assets as it should have been, and that begs some questions.

Hello fellow Websleuthers:

If you have been wondering where JJ is, he is currently in the hospital. However, he is OK and is recovering and he will be back soon to continue the discussion.

As someone who lived in State College for 27 years and worked at Penn State for 25 years, I can say without reservation that it wouldn't surprise me in the least to hear there are high-level, powerful residents involved in something like this. I call it Peyton Place for a reason.
