She’s been abusing this poor boy for years and he keeps being returned to her. What a sad story.

How many times do they need to watch a kid deteriorating before they stop returning them to their "parents"?

I really thought maybe 2 or 3 times.. but it was constant. No one could have thought she was actually going to look after him "this time".

OMG. They remove him away and he thrives.

They send him back to her and he ends up taken away again for "failing to thrive".

Over and over and over and over again.

17 years old. 51 pounds.

She needs to be facing torture charges as well.

I'd say, good on the nurse for reporting and following up, but it seems that the professional healthcare workers in this young mans orbit have been doing that for 16 years to no avail.

Shameful; absolutely shameful.
