If I was a betting man, I would put my chips on spatial disorientation.

JMO

Personally, I think, six people plus medical equipment plus oxygen tanks…perhaps uneven weight distribution to start with, and then, as it has been said, oxygen on board ignited.

The videos I have seen of the crash, the plane does not appear to be on fire before impact. I think some of the videos are just amplifying the plane's lights and making it very bright. There is a video I just saw for the first time that shows the plane coming down from the side and so you don't have those glaring lights. The plane does not appear on fire in anyway. But it goes in to the ground like a dart.
In the door bell cam video, you can hear the engines running at what sounds like full speed. That would make a plane go into the ground like a dart.

The plane looks to be intact and doesn't look to be on fire when it comes out of the clouds.

You can see the flash of the navigation light just after it comes out of the clouds, before it hits the ground.

The second video on this link I think shows well that the plane is not on fire prior to the crash.

IIRC the airplane was registered in Mexico.

Mexican citizens, suing a Mexican company, for an accident that happened in the USA. I wonder how that will work out.

I was thinking the same thing. I think so far that all the parties are residents of Mexico.

An update on the 9yo boy rescued from a car in the fiery aftermath of the plane crash

In October, Ramesses turned 10 years old. Though he was still in the hospital in Boston, Ramesses had lots to celebrate on his road to recovery.

After 42 surgeries and months of intense treatment, Ramesses was moved to the Weisman Children's Rehabilitation Hospital in Marlton, New Jersey, where he practiced climbing stairs, getting out of bed and walking in physical therapy.

In November, Ramesses progressed so much that he was able to sit down for his first television interview with CBS News Philadelphia's Wakisha Bailey.

"I feel happy that I'm able to still do the things I do," he said.

His mom, Jamie, said Ramesses remembered everything that happened the night of the plane crash, and that he tried to save his dad from their burning car. "He said he remembers two big booms — like two crashes at once," she said. "He tried to get his dad out of the car, but he couldn't. His dad told him to get out … said, 'I love you.' And he said, 'I love you back.'"
