- Ohio authorities were flagged by the FBI on Sunday evening about a 7-year-old child being in possible danger
- An Amber Alert was issued for the child, who was later rescued from his mother's car
- His mother, Tiarika Baymon, allegedly uploaded a video of binding and torturing the child, per police
Baymon appeared "paranoid" during her arrest and allegedly was speaking of "demons," per police records cited by WKYC.
She has been charged with child endangerment, resisting arrest, false identification to law enforcement and obstructing an officer among other charges

Ms. Baymon apparently is from the Brunswick OH area and police issued an amber alert for the boy. She and her son were located in Ross Township PA. Thank goodness this child was located and can be protected from her.

“An Instagram video that she had uploaded, which actually showed the child, bound and being tortured by her,” Kohlhepp said.
An arrest warrant reportedly stated that the victim had “a swollen face” with “pepper and irritants” applied to his groin area.
The victim also appeared to have a broken wrist.
“The child was in some significant distress at the time,” Kohlhepp said. “The child definitely had some significant injuries.”

Her next hearing is scheduled for October 1.
