"She was outgoing, funny. She loved to have fun," he said. "No negative vibes, all good positive energy. She loved doing TikToks with my kids."

The victim’s friend and former co-worker says she had only been in Philly for a year and was from Venezuela.

"We took her in. My father and mother-in-law like a daughter. Never needed nothing. We always made sure she was cool so its a hurt piece," he said.

The investigation began Saturday when the victim's friends filed a missing persons report. They told police they hadn't heard from the victim since Wednesday, and when they went to check on her, they found blood in her apartment.

Murder fugitive Gerelys Sanchez-Reyes has been arrested in Madrid, Spain, based on info provided by @USMS_Philly. A warrant had been issued for the stabbing death of a 21-year-old woman found stuffed inside a futon on April 5. She currently awaits extradition back to the U.S.
