Patsy and the 911 Call

I just listened to this 911 call half a dozen times. Have you ever noticed that the bulk of the call is about the ransom letter? And that the clearest thing she speaks is "SBTC" -- amid all the other frenetic, panting speech, she really articulates "S-B-T-C." You almost get the sense that she wants to plant that information in the 911 operator's head from the get-go.
It's also interesting that she never mentions JonBenet's name on the call. If it were me (God forbid), I would be trying to give the operator as much identifying information as possible.
Also, why did Patsy hang up after only a minute? She was clearly the one who terminated the call. Wouldn't you want to stay on the line, repeat the address to make sure it's correct, furnish additional information so that the police could put out an APB or something?
Am I reading too much into this? It's a strange call...

. she didnt have time to think all this through. almost every peice of evidence can be pointed at the ramseys imo.

something else that's interesting, the way pr says OMG. i've read that when people keep saying god over and over, that indicates guilt. scott peterson said it over and over and the people who analyzed it said it means guilt. has anyone ever heard of this before???

I have not come across anything regarding that (but I will search it out as I find it interesting). Notably, Darlie Routier's 911 call is filled with OMG, over and over....she's sitting on death row for the murder of her son Devon.ellen13 said:

At acandyrose.com, under the file title "911 Call", is the transcript of the 911 call. After the transcript there is a paragraph about PR having difficulty hanging up the phone properly and an 'expert' hearing both JR and BR in the background just before the phone is finally hung up correctly.
The infromation below can be located at acandyrose.com in the file mentioned above and immediately follows the discussion of BR's voice 'possibly' being on the 911 recording:
"The Ramseys would repeatedly tell us that their son did not wake up at any point throughout the night of the crime. We knew differently."
"Page 317: With his legs pulled up and his chin on his knees, Burke said he played some Nintendo on the afternoon of December 25. When showed a photograph of the pineapple and bowl, he recognized the bowl. That showed it belonged in the house and not brought in by an intruder. He recalled nothing unusual at the Whites' party other than getting a mild shock from the electric deer fence outside. He said his sister fell asleep in the car on the way home but awakened to help carry presents into the house of a friend. When they got home, JonBenet walked in slowly and walked up the spiral stairs to bed, just ahead of Patsy. That was quite a difference from the initial and frequently repeated story that she was carried to bed. I felt that this poor kid was confused and that he really had no idea what had happened that night. He heard the house creaking during the night, he said, and when he awoke, his mother was turning on the lights and in a rush, saying, "Oh my gosh, oh my gosh," then his father turned the lights on and off again. Burke stayed in bed wondering if something had happened. He heard his father trying to calm his mother, then telling her to call the police. Burke told the detective he did not get out of bed that morning and that a policeman looked into his room. SuperDave and I discussed my having grabbed onto an electric fence when barefoot as a child. This was on a thread discussing the unlikelyhood of a stun gun being used. It seems terribly IRONIC that there is a recorded incident of an "electric shock" on the same day as JBR went missing and was found w/ unusual markings on her neck/face and back....

Also, even though he was only 9, "disappointment" due not making a planned family trip to their lake home and his KNOWING that this was because of his sister being "missing" does not add up to simply a 'child's disappointment'. I'm sorry, no way, no shape, no how! I KNOW Piaget's Cognitive Stages of Child Development Characteristics... THIS DOES NOT FIT INTO THE REALM OF ANY LOGICAL OR NORMAL pattern of thought process nor does it fit into Freud's Id, Ego and Superego of Developmental Stages of Personality. A younger child yes...maybe... but a 9 year old SHOULD have been more advanced than is evident from this statement reguarding his processing of an emergency situation which necessitated cancellation of a family trip... )

Agreed Angelwings! A nine-year-old is certainly old enough to get it that his sister is at least "missing", although he may have already known she was dead, and all he can think about is missing a 2nd Christmas at the lake house???:doh: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: Sounds just like his sociopath parents...angelwngs said:

The call that HAD to be made.
Jumbled frantic 'first' words that merely establish a phone connection has been made with PD, then rapid shot was the Ramsey address.
I don't know about the rest of you BUT I could not hear the first number of the address, and it was never repeated again during the call. Patsy must have already been aware that the PD had called ID, since during the 911 fiasco on Dec 23, the police came to their house, and the call had been a hang up with zero conversation.
Then the next words by Patsy were, "WE' have a kidnapping, then short seconds later she starts to say, 'WE have a, then interrupts herself again to answer the question that dispatch asks.
I am short on time this morning, but will listen more, later.
I did sit here and try to place myself in the position of making 'the' call myself, as IF my baby were gone, with my finest acting skill. Hey I played Becky Thatcher in a school play once. Also was the front end of a white horse in a Kindergarten skit.
I am thinking and even spoke as IF it were I making the actual call, with my own emotion etc. The first words out of my mouth were, "MY little girl is gone, and there's a ransom note, SOB/pain/anguish - then I speculate that I would have shut up and waited for the PD to respond on what was to happen next." Hmmm. I would have been darn sure and verified that the PD HAD MY ADDRESS, the heck with caller ID.
The WE that PR uses, puts another nail in my piece of lumber, that THEY-WE are in the very middle of what is going on.
