Even though I am not a Patsy Ramsey fan that lump brings home a lot of memories for me. My daughter was a victim of Hodgkin's Disease and her lump was similar and then there were others. But she fought it and she is cancer free for many, many years. It is not without a casualty of course, but she is alive and living the normal stress life we all deal with. I have a hard time with viewing cancer sites and I don't think anyone should suffer the results. Even Patsy. I would like her to come totally clean.

Why wouldn't Patsy try and cover that lump up?? That doesn't make sense to me.
Here's a former beauty queen who we all know likes to keep up appearences, going out in public with a big lump in plain view. Surely she knew she would be photographed. To me , it looks like she is after sympathy in her final days.

Why would she?

It might be painful to have anything 'touch it', just a thought.

Here is a lady (Dr. Day) that had a 'lump', click and read about her and her 'lump'

I had seen Dr. Day on television years ago, and ordered her video on her method of curing her cancer. Incredible woman. Thought everyone would be enlightened by reading her story.

Dr. Lorraine Day's web site found here http://www.drday.com/

Pictures of Dr. Lorraine Day's cancer found here http://www.drday.com/tumor.htm

Posting this to hopefully help someone.

Camper's thoughts:
Many illnesses come upon us so slowly that we are not noticing changes happening in HOW we feel and understanding exactly what might be happening. My thoughts remain that IF IF a health problem comes. it has arrived AFTER a very long time of its beginning, and that it can also frequently just leave as slowly, IF IF we but just start the repair process. Camper's mind set.

The human body is a miraculous piece of 'equipment'.

Narlacat,

My mother had a lump just under her earlobe that was the size of a walnut,it did not hurt to the touch, she had it removed, she died within 9 months. Everyone is different. Some survive for years, some don't. That is the awful mystery of cancer.

As far as Patsy covering her lump, who knows? Maybe it was hot that day,and it would be uncomfortable to put something on to hide it.

Patsy's face doesn't look fat, it looks bloated.Another sign of the disease, you can't hide that,so why bother hiding the lump.

Then again ... the picture is from the Globe, not a magazine I put a lot of faith in. For all we know the picture could have been "doctored".

Always the narcissist. It's always been about the poor, pitiful Patsy. IMO, just another ploy to say...look at me, don't you feel sorry for me.

You know, I don't know who killed JB. Maybe Patsy, maybe not. The thing that bothers me is that no matter what she did, something would be said about it.

I'm sure that since she knows she's dying her looks are probably the last thing on her mind. But, if she looks bad, she's playing the sympathy card. If she was made up and dressed to the nines, she would be a narsissistic, cold hearted witch. It doesn't matter what she does. There will always be something derogatory said about it.

Only the Ramseys know if they were involved in JB's death. And, if they were, (or Patsy was) then she will be dealing with that with her God.

I agree. I think at this point she is past caring what the public thinks of her.

BeeBee and Tipper,

I agree.
I couldn't have said it any better myself.

Ditto. She's damned if she does; damned if she doesn't.

Honestly, as much as I disagree with PR and her ways, I do not believe this was a sympathy ploy. People that have cancer don't want your sympathy, they want their life back. The medication they give you makes you swell like a pig, and your body temperature gets all messed up. When out in the heat you tend to perspire horribly. I am sure she was just another mom enjoying her son's big day at college. I remember that day as I moved each of my children into their dorms. It is a day full of excitement, as well as sadness. You are so proud, yet already near tears as you pull away from the university. Gosh...it still makes me kinda sad. School started for them this past Wednesday. :o

I have never really known what to believe in JBR's case. I have no crystal ball which shows me the truth as to what and who harmed her.

I have learned sometimes that a lot of people get things wrong. Those that believe so strongly in their position, somehow think "I just know" is sufficient enough to find guilt. I have seen lately those who were scorned unmercifully and labeled killer/pedophiles, such as Mark Lunsford, Steve Greone, Archie Lunsford. It was painful to watch this happen, to see victimization and non-support when they needed every drop they could get and I thought how could we be so deep seeded in our belief without any proof? Are we so hardened and suspicious of everyone and everything. Somehow that is very sad to me.

I didn't know who killed JB the day she died, to this day I still dont know. Could it be Patsy, sure maybe...or John..I suppose but highly unlikely, imo.

But I keep thinking what if it is not? What if these parents have lived their lives here on Earth in Hell? Losing a beautiful daughter, no one ever charged, society shunning them and Patsy dying of cancer. John is aging daily it seems. What an end.......

I dont particularly like Patsy that much but I dont have any proof that she ever hurt anyone, neither does the police. So in her final days I wish her peace, I know she is a spiritual woman and will prepare herself and her family for what is to come.

If she is guilty........She is going to have to answer for that if she is not guilty then it will be others that will have to ask God for forgiveness for all the hurtful things thought and said about her and her family.

IMO

That bump could also be a cath which they place under the skin so that they can adminster chemo and also so that they don't have to stick them all the time where they can just stick a needle in the cath and draw blood or give IV meds.My father had one around that area.

Hi Windchime,

You could be right. We discussed this on another site but the lump looks so....I don't know...lumpy. LOL

It could be a cath site however. I am no doctor and I don't even play one on TV. ;)

This is my opinion...and I am sorry that Patsy has cancer, but it's always been about her...her. I don't want anyone to suffer (not even Patsy), but's it hard for me to muster much sympathy for her. There's just too many things from Jonbenet's murder that don't add up....

Don't get me wrong Luv...I think they all know what happened in that house. I think she is a loser on that aspect. I just don't think the shirt showing the lump was a sympathy ploy. She is going to suffer plenty in the next life if what I believe is true. Nothing adds up with that precious baby's murder.

I do think she's going to suffer in her next life....

You very well could be right about the lump. With Patsy, I've become so used to most of her actions being about her (which is where I draw my conclusions).
