When the Ramsey plane was NOT READY AT 10:00 AM, the pilot must have had some sort of 'problems' too.:D :D :D

Well John being as stingy as he is, perhaps he instructed Archuleta to fill the tank only halfway!

Was John stingy? I thought he paid for all those pricey renovations not to mention JonBenet's pageant expenses.

Tipper,

You're right. The Ramsey's life style was hardly one of stinginess.

Some posters, are throwing things in, that just aren't there. For example on another thread, some one said the altercation with PR and JB on what to wear on 12/25 was volatile. No where is that stated.

We have to be careful and keep to the facts, and give our best theories with the facts,no matter what side of the fence your on,or if you like or dislike the Ramsey's.

I totally agree with you, izzyB! I think the best way to analyze bits of this case is to think about what are the actions most likely that we would do, or could do! I don't think anyone would step on papers if they could help it at all. Therefore, that only leaves a few ways around them. Or someone is lying about when they were placed there.

I do not "throw things in"...I am quoting facts.

One example is from an employee of Access Graphics. She says that John and Patsy were given a free vacation but were to pay if they wanted the children to go along. John became upset over it and insisted that the children go free.

Another example is that John would sit on the edge of the bed counting the assets he had and once complalined to a friend that Patsy was spending money faster than he can make it.

I read all the books and I still have my books and I often quote from these books....

I was annoyed when a company mr tipper worked for did something similar. They were touting a company paid family holiday but it turned out if you wanted to actually bring kids along you had to pay their cross-country airfare. I was less annoyed about the cost than they were claiming public credit for it. When questioned on it they said they were footing the price of the hotel for the kids. Well, adding 2 kids to a room doesn't cost much if anything.

As far as the spending money faster quote - that's such a trite saying. I think (particularly in the south) you'll find many, many, many husbands have said the same or similar and it means nothing except as a way to brag without seeming to about how much money you earn.

If they had frequently sat down and had serious, earnest conversations about Patsy's spending I would think differently. But if John had been actually worried about finances I don't think he would have thrown the big birthday party, bought the fur coats, jewelry and boob jobs. Not to mention his own airplane and boat hobby indulgences.

Who had boob jobs

  • #50
Dingo
I think Patsy did, but dont quote me.

Steve Thomas, refers to this in his profile of Patsy in his book Inside The Ramsay Murder Investigation, chap 8.

He politely refers to it as : "She had a breast augmentation."

I believe she also says something about it in one of her interviews.

I've missed the importance of the "boob" job? Is it to suggest John Ramsey could certainly not be a pedophile, not if he signed the dotted line for a "boob job" for his wife. Works for me..ha!

sissi,
prob more in defense that he was not a miser , in some profiles he is profiled as a detached bean counter ....

Do we know in which year she had the boob job done?

Why are we making such a big deal about her boob job??!! It is irrelevant to the matter at hand. :slap:

Bensmom98,

Not really.

Can't you see ... Patsy's breast augmentation, made it possible for her to jump and side step the ransom note,by acting as slender pinpoint beam lights, showing her where to land her footings,to accomplish this precarious feat.

(just joking.)

If so, then she should ask for a refund.

This is exactly what I was thinking izzyb. The scenario she describes seems completley unnatural. The way she describes it, it's like her guilty conscience knows what it (the ransom note) is already and knows not to touch it so she hops over it.

Everything these people have done since JonBenet was murdered screams "Guilty!" It seems like Alex Hunter has been the broken spoke in the wheels of justice. Am I wrong?

What puzzles me is he hired Dr. Lee and Barry Scheck so the Ramsey's couldn't. Did Dr. Lee and Barry Scheck actually do anything? Haven't found anything in me readings. Anyone have info or a link?

Just finished typing in a long bit from PMPT p670 and the computer ate it. The short version is Lee and Sheck didn't think BPD had a fileable case and Lee was frustrated with BPD failure to give him the information he'd been asking for for a year.

Also the black fibers on JonBenet labia and thighs didn't match any of John and Patsy's clothes. BPD's claims that John and Patsy didn't comfort each other that morning and hence were acting oddly are completely contradicted by Jedamus and Morlock's description so apparently BPD was not just ignoring whatever didn't fit their scenario but was willing to lie about it.
