First of all, I'm not on a jury. Second of all, I have nothing whatsoever against rich people, but have a lot against shallow people who as I said, change the rules to suit themselves. Huge difference. A person can be wealthy, and still have strong core values.

Implied claim is that the R's lack core values.

Do you know what else the R's lacked, assuming your claim to be correct? The R's also lack ownership of the tape, cord, pineapple, unknown male DNA, and handwriting.

My point is, core values don't mean squat as far as who killed JBR.

BTW did you have any examples of core values lacking? Or do you just say stuff. Were the R's like wife swappers, child molesters, gamblers, drinkers, smokers, did they use foul language or drink coffee?

There is nothing about murder that can be sugar coated, no matter who does the crime. In a perfect world, no parent would ever murder their own child, but this isn't a perfect world, and it happens.

I can't rule the handwritting out cause one question can't be answered...And I still can't see an intruder bringing pineapple cause they wouldn't know JB like it or not..So if someone forgein in your scenario wouldn't know this and if you can prove under a resonable doubt that with PR painting she wouldn't have the tape and cord..

Then why does RDI claim the garrote to be staged, despite the deep furrow around JBR's neck, and a large subdural bleed right next to it? The coroner said JBR died from asphyxiation, RDI says 'they didn't know she was still alive when they put the garrote on her neck'. Thats just absurd .

RDI never characterizes JBR's killing to be brutal or sinister. Read your own posts, you're 'understanding' an 'accident'.

JBR's injuries, including a deliberate headbash, sexual assault on a child, violent and fatal strangulation, and other injuries you don't even know what, you're calling an accident? Thats sugar coating if I've ever seen it.

Listen about pineapple the same kind was found in the bowl that the R's said wasn't theirs and PR and BR prints was on it...The experts can say the pineapple matched the one on the table in the bowl...

Do you believe they lied about the bowl, and thats why they have no core values? What does that have to do with who killed JBR anyway. Its not like the pineapple was the murder weapon. You know, the weapon they can't prove was owned by the R's?

Core values for one I can't say.. But lying about the bowl really didn't help their innocence other saying well yes that our bowl...If JB ate pineapple we didn't know it...But no the pineapple didn't kill her at this point I don't know what was used on her head flashlight,golf club or being pushed into something...These are questions I'm trying to figure out..

If you're referring to the paintbrush, that can't be proven to have been broken by PR or JR.

Paintbrush, pen, and paper are proven to belong to the R's.

Pineapple, cord, tape, blunt instrument, unknown male DNA and handwriting are not proven to belong to the R's.

IMO RDI isn't allowed to have that many items unaccounted for in an accidental death scenario because in that scenario all items need to be among household items the night of the murder. RDI should probably at least switch to a premeditated scenario, where the items were secreted in and out.

Accidental death scenario idea should be dropped like factory worker DNA idea was dropped.

Well now that's a real stretch since the murder weapon's never been identified nor been identified as being owned by the Rs or not. And actually, it was strangulation that ultimately caused her death though being hit by a blunt object would've killed her, just not as quickly. Which ever, it's all sickening to even think about.

Well about Tom Miller is Judith Miller's husband so other than trying to make TM damaged goods, PR's pitbull Susan Stine went after JM...And none went after the experts that reported their findings on Chonic sexual abuse...But they did on handwritting hmmm...So the R's lied about the bowl,the paintbrush,pen and paper belong to the R's but IDI can't account that the other items was not in the home...And if this is seeing thur rose colored glasses then so be it...Show where these items wasn't in the home..And above all prove other than from how the R's responded to the flashlight that it wasn't theirs..Just looking for input once again...
