All the gaslighting. Man, we could made a sequel to the blockbuster movie.
MOO.
MOO.
He wasn't. A judge granted him protection that should've prevented Kilmar from being deported to El Salvador or anywhere else.because he was legally deported in 2019. he could have been taken any time, any where and deported to any other country than el salvador... until 2025 when thing changed. all those years under a legal deportation order he ignored.

actually he wasn't legally deported anywhere in 2019. And when the judge in the immigration case ruled he could not be deported he then continued to check in with immigration authorities annually.because he was legally deported in 2019. he could have been taken any time, any where and deported to any other country than el salvador... until 2025 when thing changed. all those years under a legal deportation order he ignored.

Abrego Garcia was in the country illegally, but an immigration judge in 2019 — after reviewing evidence — withheld his removal. That meant that Abrego Garcia could not be deported to El Salvador. A gang in his native country, the immigration judge found, had been “targeting him and threatening him with death because of his family’s pupusa business.”
[snip]
But in the six years between his immigration hearing and his deportation, Abrego Garcia checked in with immigration officials annually and was never charged with a crime, court records show.

Repeating this again, why? When I literally debunked it in post 423.yes, i've read that, and i'm aware. however, he was ruled to be deported by the judge in 2019... the judge only granted the request that he wouldn't be deported to el salvador, he was not granted asylum. all of this has been discussed previously in the thread.

If El Salvador happens to return him to the US then the US will likely go through the process of having him deported back to El Salvador. It’s my understanding that he is a citizen of El Salvador. The US can’t deport him to another country. imoi wonder... again, just wondering... if the alien enemies act has to acknowledge abrego-garcia's request not to be deported to el salvador back in 2019 even though the judge granted it. i don't know, but maybe it's possible.

from your link in 423 which didn't debunk anything
Abrego Garcia was arrested and deported last month — despite having been granted protection by an immigration judge in 2019 that should have prevented him from being deported to El Salvador.
see post 377.
and, i'll add you didn't succeed when trying to debunk my posting of the actual scotus ruling earlier. in fact, posting a quote by a district judge... totally not scotus.
i won't keep rehashing this with anyone no matter how many times it keeps being directed to me.
i'm tough but this has all become ridiculous in an effort try to prove i'm providing incorrect information in my posts. everything i've posted has been linked with factual information.

You are seeing the t supporters as clearly as stated. It is horribly mind shattering that what you say and thousands others, here and across the oceans see it and not the people who are supporting an administration, if that is what is the understandable term to some, that it is not even close to what they think it is for them. It was never for them. It is not for the rest of us. It is only, clearer each minute, for the select ones to grab any and all available forms of currency for themselves, it always was. Follow the money that they are taking from all sources available they can and ridding themselves of people who are not white, straight males or the useful females they use as mouthpieces. My opinion as seeing it.Personally I think it's that a man who was protected from deportation to El Salvador was actually deported and cited to be a criminal despite not having a criminal record and he wasn't afforded the opportunity of a trial, to which he is entitled too. Those are the facts. Correct?
The people who voted Trump are absolutely failing to see that this is a despicable act of itself and it, in turn, will lead to further despicable acts and at which point that next person making such headlines, could be a family member of yours. This man was a protected citizen and he also had rights as a human that have been violated in the most grotesque way. Trump voters fail to see this because they are so inherently fearful, or they perceive themselves to be wronged or overlooked somehow or are jealous of others and what they have that they seek to punish others. It's how it is with all authoritarian governments, the elected leader recognises and sees that and manipulates it consistently and continually, always pushing that fear and jealousy in their supporters.
Just find it so sad, that people who live 1000's of miles and oceans apart from you, care more about what is happening in America and to all the people of America more than those who claim America First.
It's not America First. It's "me first". That's what it all boils down to, when we strip everything back.
America has a toxic and corrupt administration. An administration that is self serving, an administration that is harmful and abusive, an administration that finds it appropriate to refer to people as 'peasants' or 'retarded', an administration that has identified people as a criminal gang member based on tattoos ffs. God help every single American with a tattoo! Any one of them could be deported to El Salvador on a clerical error.
Moo, jmo, imo
There was a clerical error. He is supposed to be released in July. I think that will still happen. imo
Moo... I watched the Oval Office press conference today. The dynamic is on full display as the Justice Department declines to step on the gas to return Abrego Garcia.
“As the Supreme Court correctly recognized, it is the exclusive prerogative of the President to conduct foreign affairs. By directly noting the deference owed to the Executive Branch, this ruling once again illustrates that activist judges do not have the jurisdiction to seize control of the President’s authority to conduct foreign policy,” a DOJ spokesman said late Thursday.
