Dear Websleuths members and guests,
We are going to close down political discussions on Websleuths.
Our moderators have only a limited amount of time on Websleuths. They need to focus on the true crime topics we have discussed for over 25 years.
You can find many places to discuss political topics on the Internet, but there are very few places where people focus on true crime, on the missing, on the victims. It is what we do best on Websleuths.
However, you can have discussions in your direct messages. You can have up to 50 people on a direct message. These messages are private between you and the members on the message and, therefore, are not moderated. However, you still must follow our main rule in a direct, private message, and that is "Don't Be A Jerk."
To get to your direct messages, click on the icon next to your user name in the upper right-hand corner.
I would encourage you to take a look at and possibly post on any one of the thousands of threads about missing people in our Missing But Not Forgotten forum.
Thank you,
Tricia
