There's only ONE person responsible for the murder of Stephany Flores. Joran Vandersloot.

You said it quite well....Altho he would..and HAS... ..claimed...OTHERS..did it...He himself..is the ONLY one.He knows he is caught by his own actions after his lies failed belief of the authorities.

.The survellience/evidence/forencis/his actions/confession...SPEAK in UNISON AND LOUDLY of Joran's guilt..

Whose to say, even WITHOUTtthe extortion money....that Joran...COULD HAVE HAD ...some BIG GAMBLING winnings and HAD the money to fund his trip to Peru...lost it all....met SR...and THIS murder..STILL would have happened....Whose to say??????????all in my own opinion

IMO the people who have blood on their hands are the people in Aruba who covered and helped Joran. He killed his dog at the age of 13. The warden of the Aruba jail even gave an interview talking about Joran's rage issues. They all knew what he was like and they covered it up. I too have lost a child and I wanted to know everything. How anyone can blame Beth for trying to get the details of her child's death is beyond me. She's not physic. If Joran hadn't gotten the money from her, he would have gotten it another way and probably killed someone in the process.

I am not blaming anyone. I am just saying if you are going to deal with the devil you better be darn sure you know what you're dealing with. And by the way this plan turned out....it doesn't seem like they (BH, the FBI, etc.) did.

salvarenga... with the utmost respect I have to say that until you've walked a mile in her shoes, you have no idea what you might do and no right to judge, IMO. I pray you never, ever have to find out.

I say again... there is only one person that has blood on their hands and is responsible for the murder of Stephany. Just one.

Detain him for what???? The FBI had not even charged him.

Not being snarky, but just for information, the FBI doesn't charge people. The FBI investigates and turns its findings over to the Justice Department - U.S. Attorney - who decide whether to bring charges.

YUP, and the other night LIVE on ISSUES, Jean C called a CNN affiliate in Columbia who called a Columbian authority who indicated that there were NO two women missing in Columbia. Jane went back to Tim Miller who stated that the newspaper was going to go to print indicating that Joran was there, however once Jane went back to Tim, Tim said "well this was about three or four hours ago when I talked to him."

I was wondering if the position of Stephany's body had been confirmed. Earlier it was reported on tv that her legs were pulled up. If this is true then it's possible that Joran had placed her into the suitcase during his original plan, rigormortis had set in, afterward he changed his mind and decided to leave her in the room, and then repositioned her on the floor.
