I hope your son is doing well ... he is in our thoughts & prayers.

With the open sewers at Castro snakes come to my mind. And Peru has them.

Thankyou so much... :)

From another perspective, how could Mark Fuhrman describe, in great detail, a crime scene so utterly different on Fox News a few weeks ago? Fuhrman reported that he got this information directly from the medical examiner, so there should be no mistakes. He said that the body was lying face up, with only a trickle of blood from the nose and ear. No mutilation of the face. Furhman also made it a point to mention that this was the only blood at the scene.

Question- how did the medical examiner describe such a different crime scene to Fuhrman? There ought to be no translation issues that mistake lots of blood for only a trickle, or neglect to note that the victim was strangled with the bloody shirt of the primary suspect.

These are the kinds of questions that anyone interested in justice should ask, even if you don't believe in frame ups and conspiracies.

It beats me - I have no explanation. I am very concerned about objective reporting .... without undue pathos and exaggeration! ... because the truth is usually bad enough...

it will be interesting when someone decides to timeline jvds activities thoroughout the world and corelate it to missing women -- as it was mentioned earlier (no i am not referring the bogota airport layover but instead his residential time in the netherlands as well as thailand). Earlier someone had mentioned that he seemed very calm (suggesting that in fact he had done this before).

agree! Coming to a theatre near you soon!

Only one human was in the room when victim was alive. one human left that victim dead or dieing. 2? days later victim found dead!
Are we to conclude she beat herself to death since no one else entered the room?

More likely one killer. JVS the man who confessed! and sadly had a swollen hand.

I love conspiracy theories and jump on the wagon first chance, but some things like self beating to the point of torture, that cannot be accepted by anyone that easily, even lovers of conspiracies, stop me from joining them on this case.

Maybe his mother and brothers can see that a conspiracy occurred, because they will not accept a monster in their midst, for impartial viewers is impossible.

agree totally - he also had injuries/wounds to his hands and at least
one finger nail injury on one index finger ... I am almost sure they found
wounds on his torso by the notes the forensic examiner was holding up
for the photogrtapher.... and did you notice he sat there stone faced
and had to cooperate! I sat here and laughed seeing that. I could not
help it. I laughed seeing him forced to cooperate for a few minutes.)

Thanks for your posts!

With all the changing aspects of the crime scene, and apparently inaccurate information coming from the medical examiner, I have very little confidence that the official time of death can be completely trusted.

But I'm curious- are you saying that, if the video tape showed someone else entering Joran's room after he left, and before Stephany's body was discovered, that it wouldn't exonerate him? At the very least, it would mean the person entering the room covered up her death, wouldn't it?

To me, that video tape evidence would trump everything else.

Medical examiners are held to Oath; that's a given anywhere. Would they chance their lifetime work/degree just to frame Joran too?

I am convinced the cameras will not show anyone else in or out of that room. IMHO what will trump is the evidence we have yet not been told.

Thankyou so much... :)

You are very welcome and your son and all the other sons and daughters are close to our hearts in this family. Our local Ntl Guard unit leaves the end of
this week - their 5th! deployment. Our Governor and Senator asked why?

God bless you & yours.

I don't know, but I never count on any single journalist to base facts on... Until I hear it from SEVERAL news orginizations, then I feel more confident... It makes me ill that NG keeps repeating how her eye was "dangling" out of its socket... I am yet to see that confirmed... I take that show with a salt packet most of the time... It should be "breaking news a week ago"..and we will drag the bombshell out for the entire week...!!!

What I want to know A LOT MORE ABOUT!!! is his financial situation.
Did he have money stached ... does he have money stached somewhere .. did he blow it all?? ... is he broke of not? ... I thought
Bobarino made a good point last night when he brought up "where was
Joran going and why" .... and with what financial means? Was he headed to do more gambling, with what? Was he headed to jump ship back to
Aruba, (paid with what!?) ..... follow the money? Right?

On the 27th of May he was contacting friends and acquaintances in Aruba and Holland asking for 1 or 2 hundred dollars so he could buy a ticket to Aruba. Well to Melody he said he was returning to Aruba, and others say now to Holland. For those who couldn't send him money, especially one in Holland, and she asked further whether he would see her if she came to Aruba, he blew her off, saying "if you can't help me when I am in need, leave me alone. Something more about "taking care" of people like her. Nice guy. One only a mother can love, well along with her trusty friends, anyway.
I truly believe that what Anita says publicly is untrue. She wants us to believe she is distancing herself from Joran but her friends continue the good fight for Joran's freedom.

I refuse to have Nancy dis-grace my family room. (We never watch her) No facts, all driven way over the top.

Probably. Joran's hands are strong enough to be weapons.

Right, as stated before, JVDS was able to obtain her pin numbers for the ATM card. I think he tied her up with the bungie cord, slid off her shoes, probably removed her pants, and punched her in the face until she gave up her pin number then moved to the back of the chair and proceeded to choke her. He was planning on killing her but when he couldn't choke her successively, he took off his white shirt and smothered her. I think that's why we see some blood splatter on the shoes and the pants were taken off he hopes to scare her further. JVDS was hanging with this girl at the casino on one or more ocassions,I am pretty sure he knew she was gay. He was broke and desperate and SF was winning big. IMO

This senerio still feels right to me... or something along the line... thanks KR2:twocents:

Thanks so much....that was v informative....I have a question. How on earth could someone have inflicted those injuries - especially the facial fractures, and the broken neck with their bare hands? I really can't wrap my mind around that .. do you have any idea? Is that possible, or would some kind of weapon, whether it be a bed post or similar be required.
My honest, 2:30 am opinion? It was after she had lost consciousness and was down. He used his feet. His feet and legs were the only weapon he employed.

What I think happened is that he caught her, face to face, around the neck. He strangles her, and in the struggle, she reaches up and grabs his hands, trying to unlock his hands and allowing her to breathe. She also uses her feet and legs. His DNA gets under her nails at this point. They go down; she may have kneed him in the testicles. Once on the ground, he takes her head, and slams it back down onto the ground, causing cranial vault injury, the back of the skull breaking. (This is the point where I hope she lost consciousness). He realizes there is a lot of blood from her, and she is still breathing. He stands up, and slams his foot down onto her face, twisting her neck. The neck, with the ligaments already torn/damaged, breaks at this point from torsion forces - a movable object (neck bones) meets immovable object (the floor). And in a blind rage, he continues to kick and stomp her until he is reassured that she is no longer breathing, is indeed dead.

I know that's graphic. But it accounts for very little blood on her shoes, blood on the back of his shirt, DNA under her nails, a broken neck, cranial fractures, facial fractures and distortion, neck distortion, and trunk bruising. It also accounts for the few droplet spatters on his jeans, although I don't think we've had a good accounting of the blood on him, especially if he took a shower.

Legs carry the most strength in our bodies, and are incredible weapons should we employ them. They are always pushing or pulling, constantly used, and very, very strong. Our arms are nowhere near as strong as our legs, and are used more for delicate operations, e.g. eating, opening doors, buttoning, pulling towards us, lifting. Their range of motion is greater, but their strength is less.

He is not a trained fighter. He does not take the time to place blows, but trusts in his height and size to overpower. He has no 'finesse', but does have brute strength. If he were trained, there would not be the sheer brutality seen, I don't think.

In the crime scene pics it does look like one of her eyes in bulging out of the socket (sorry graphic), but not hanging. As per, NG has exaggerated for dramatic effect.

Once I heard that her neck was broke.. I too believe that he stomped her on her neck, and continued on....sorry...:(

At risk of calling myself stupid...but has it OFFICIALLY been confirmed that her neck was broken.....??? On the autopsy reports, It states "bruising" to the neck... Why isn't a note made of a broken neck...??? Is it possible that her windpipe was crushed by him strangling her...sorry...made me sick to even ask this or type it for that matter.. :(

Not sounding stupid. I too am wondering if something is lost in translations. It could just be the hyoid bone, that usually breaks when strangulation occurs. Hopefully someone around here knows, but all these reports and adding to the drama for veiwers/readers are very confusing.

Thank you. This was the guy I was talking about last night commenting on JVS's temper. He is a prison director--was a friend of Paulus. Yep, when he's being escorted to the vehicle you can she his eye. Did you catch where JVS "kept kicking the smaller guy over and over in the same place". Said JVS bigger by not smart street fighter.

Also shows and states the video that all 3 suspects were taken to hospital for DNA testing - so-o-o-o-o-o- where are the records???
