Kat he's in a cell at the prosecutor's office. The pros has until 10am pacific tomorrow to lay a charge otherwise he'll have to be set free. I somehow think they'll make the deadline!:D

Thank you jilly! I wanted to type that out because we don't have a

WHOOHOOOO! button :D

We've heard he went for bread and coffe, ate 3 cakes and now suddenly it's danish (according to Nancy).
OK, and thanks! Yesterday I was reading espresso and biscuits, now suddenly it's morphed into Danish.

And did I just hear the casino is 7 miles from the hotel? I thought it was closer. :waitasec:

I have said since this Peru case broke, Is he will all of a sudden want to be charged at jailed in the NH case, all so he can get the hell out of Peru, His attorney will do all he can to get him charged in that case since it happened first, I hope Peru demands the location of NH remains and after she is found they refuse to let him be extradited until he does his time in Peru.

And I hope it's a stiff charge; not the one where he'll be out in just a few years. :behindbar

YUP, and the other night LIVE on ISSUES, Jean C called a CNN affiliate in Columbia who called a Columbian authority who indicated that there were NO two women missing in Columbia. Jane went back to Tim Miller who stated that the newspaper was going to go to print indicating that Joran was there, however once Jane went back to Tim, Tim said "well this was about three or four hours ago when I talked to him."

But now I'm hearing that there are 2 missing Colombian women and they are looking at Joran as a possible suspect? ay yi yi! This is making me crazy!

Caller questioned whether a different type of sexual assault could have occurred that would not be visible on SR's body.
JeanC confirms to Nancy that yes - they did check his whole/entire body

The only place that I heard that her legs were up was on Nancy's show. The picture posted last night showed that she was wrapped in the bedspread from the bed, laying on her stomach, if I recall that graphic picture correctly.

Thanks so much Patty. That is where I had heard it earlier in the week. There were a few different descriptions: initially on the stomach then on her back. I didn't seen that image.

It's just so sad and my heart goes out to her family.

I'm glad that Joran is finally in custody, hopefully for good and for a long, long time.

IMO, if the police "sources" told MSNBC that Joran is going to tell where Natalie's body is located, then Jean C is right there and would have gotten wind of it for sure as Jean C seems to be in contact with quite a few of the local authorites.

Thanks for posting this possibility...I have been wondering...IF...the reason Stephany's pants were off....Joran...TOOK them off...after she died..(for what reason..I don't know)..It was always ODD to me..she was in his room..with her pants off..(IF NO SEX)...

My theory on her pants being off ...is...Perhaps she took a shower and was dressing when he returned....OR...he removed them...AFTER she died...

The Medical examiner will be able to tell IF she was moved..after she died....and why?????

If she were alive when he went to get coffee, it makes much more sense that she jumped in the shower when he left as opposed to googling his name.

No doubt anyone would rather be in prison in Aruba than in Peru. From what I've read, in Aruba they even give the prisoners half a chicken on Sunday. Compared to Peru's prison, I imagine Aruba's prisons is more like a sanatorium.

I don't care if they charge him with littering, he's not leaving that prison alive, period, imho.

I am not currently watching Nancy, did she say the same thing tonight about the legs bent up?

option for charge - Murder “as result of violent emotion" — from 3 to 5 years in prison

Guess he'll go with this one!

Hypothetically speaking~

If he is allowed this charge and sentence. Would he be able to only serve from 1/3 to 1/2 of the sentence? Say: the minimum could be as little as 1 year to 2.5 years? Just wondering.

Not yet, unless I missed it.

I recall reading that she was on her period and I "think" she was wearing a sanitary pad. Seems like there would have been a lot of blood on the linens and/or around the room if he raped her. I'm still curious to hear if she was sexually assaulted though.

I'm of the opinion robbery was his main motive for luring her back to his room and a sexual encounter as a secondary motive. Not sure what the odds are of him killing another girl on the anniversary date of another murder he's suspected of.....they must be astronomical. He tightened the noose around his own neck as far as I'm concerned.

She has not mentioned anything about the position of her body tonight...But she did get graphic again about the condition of the victim when she said JVS was drinking coffee and eating danishes...Disguisting if you ask me.

She is a very professional reporter (and an attorney) - stating who/where her info is from; also stating when her or Nancy's info has not been confirmed (ie., that's from the newspapers here, Nancy - I have not been able to confirm that, etc.).

Pat Brown is spewing her theory again about Joran forcing SF to give him oral sex... where does she get this stuff?

I have no clue either. First she was claiming he was trying to rape Stephany and Stephany resisted, now she decided he was trying to force Stephany to give him oral sex? It appears to be a complete speculation on her part.

EleanorO: they don't need the reenactment, nor even the confession with what they have on him
