Okay Twitter world is posting that 'Judge has ordered Joran held on murder charges' but I have yet to see media discuss formal charges...did I miss something (again) while at the grocery store???

there are 8 videos on the front page and only one has a pic of Joran - I believe it is the fourth one, right underneath one about Nelson Mandela's granddaughter

I have thought all this time that the difference was murder WITH robbery was longer than just murder alone. I didn't realize it was just robbery.

Pure speculation, but if he were smart, when the clerk opened the door, Joran should have looked on in horror and said "OMG call 911 (or whatever the emergency # is there). I still don't get why he asked the clerk to open the door for him in the first place. It's obvious his mind was turning while he stood there debating whether or not to close the door. Instead he shuts the door, then leaves with his bags a short while later. Leaving a dead Stephany behind.

Still no linky to the clerks story (I'm sure it will be out soon), but it doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

what does outatient center in prison mean? Now that he's been charged, when will they move him to a hideous prison, where he cannot order up steak and ciggys?

ITA. One does, but does not, have anything to do with the other. Let him take his lumps in Peru, if he wants to come clean on Natalee, thats good for him but should have NO bearing on what happpens to him in Peru. If they do allow him to use natalee as a bargaining chip for time he might get in Peru, I am going to be very disappointed.
I am not religious but spiritual, I believe in karma. But he will meet his higher power someday so he oughta come clean now because that day may come sooner than he thinks if he is thrown in one of those scary Peruvian prisons.
I don't wish anyone harm but I think hes got some pretty bad karma coming his way and he needs to clear his conscience asap. JMO.

yes, i have similar beliefs. i have thought that right now is "karmageddon" for jvds... all the lumps that he has evaded in aruba are now to be meted out in peru... imho

I have no idea - I wonder if it is like a hospital for mentally ill or if it means he will have out patient therapy from prison.
