Adding my vote to the request for a forum!

The threads are so long, people don't always read them before they post. BUT, the threads are so long because people aren't reading them before they post!

With a dedicated forum, it will be easy to see what's already been asked, and answered!

TIA!

JBean said we may get a thread in the future, but it's a lot of work, and waiting to see if interest continues, or dies down before deciding.
We need to be patient.

He didn't seem to be much bothered by the allegations. IMO

Nope, it didn't seem to bother Mr. Ludwick that Joran was once a "suspect" in the disappearance of Natalie. His mentality is that of, they never could prove Joran had anything to do with Natalie's disappearance.

I heard on Issues via Jane C. or Prime News that a public defender would have to go in front of a judge tomorrow.
Oh ~ thank you! I missed JVM's show.

its not hard to understand why a Peruvian atty. would not want to represent the most hated person in Peru.

and it would have little to do with Peruvian legal perception in the world.

and everything to do with JVDS the foreigner-woman-killer.

I wonder if JVDS mother has hired someone new?

Mr. Ludwick is just a "little pee in the Mississippi" as there were far greater things that needed to be discussed on all these shows.

I got that part. I was talking about when confronted with the fact that he did, indeed, murder Stephany (as per his confession), he seemed to dismiss it as if it was all just a big bunch of hooey - same as he believes the situation with Natalee to be. :twocents:

I can list my thoughts, but it would have to have a lot of "Nancy" this or that and we can't bash Nancy, so I will remain :censored:. :)

Who thought Joran was going to be allowed TV in this "hellish" prison??

thinking...maybe they only get to watch re-runs of the Brady Bunch.
Don't know about you guys, but that would really push me over the edge...

Greta's talking about Joran now. She's reading through the confession with a reporter.

NG: Richard Hermann is saying nothing about Natalee will come into evidence, Joran will get 3-6 yrs. because it was an "impulsive act". Alex Sanchez says Americans should be concerned about the Peruvian justice system because the attorney who was there during the confession was acting for the police dept. Michael Griffin is saying the confession isn't important because LE has the "evidence".

Richard Hermann is a putz.
He can't be conscious, and come up with that defense..."impulsive act"? My @ss.

JVDS stalked his prey - and murdered her, when she would not give up money and credit cards
The Peru National Police is doing a very thorough analysis of video, his confession, interview of cab drivers, analysis of lap top, and of anyone who came in contact with JVDS and SFlores within those critical days. And how about SFlores' room mate... He is the one who met up with JVDS in the first place, and supposedly introduced JVDS to Flores.

JVDS watched SFlores' poker game for a day or so, saw she was winning, and made her his mark. He set about to steal from her at the start. Just a matter of getting her into his hotel room. He was prepared to do whatever it took, to "close the deal". She fought him off. There was no Impulsive act, in response to being "snapped" (my word) in the head, by S. Flores.

SFlores fought JVDS off; she would not give him her money. So he continued to inflict blows to her head and face. That's how her eye blew out.

This is not a guy who is impulsive. He plots and plans.

Greta going over confession with with Dan Collins, correspondent. JVDS gives graphic description of murdering SF. Greta- says JVDS is crafty enough to know that he can go into Aruba if he gives information on the NH case.
