Was not it also reported earlier that he left the shirt on her body. Darn, so many facts? to remember.

IIRC it was stated by Peru LE that the shirt was found with the body of the victim, and then in JVS confession it was stated that he used that same shirt to smother her to death.

I did screen shots of both of his going and coming back with coffee in the hotel lobby. I think the one I did of him coming back was at the exact same time they were removing it, because all I got was the bottom half of the image and he can't be seen in it.

It "ticks me off" that they didn't release that coffee trip! :furious:

I wonder why they only deleted the two photos of him in the lobby...leaving without coffee and returning with two cups....when they are leaving the two showing him with and without at this room! What's the significance of the lobby photos over those at this room??

But, at least now, we do know that he DID leave and return to his room in the clean shirt prior to the 'fake' coffee incident. But, then why did he stage the 'fake' incident only a few minutes later??

HLN just had on J Casares.....who said they removed Joran to another bldg so she could go into his cell.....he was dressed in an orange top and kakai pants. The cell is small with a comfy cot....blanket and articles on bed. He has a BIBLE....some reading material,
looks like toothpaste too. He's alone in the cell. Hole in floor...yucky.
2 visitors today...one was a religious counselor from the Netherlands who visits periodically through the year....and his attorney who said he didn't want to take on the case. NO family visitors yet.

We'll probably see this on JVMitchell and NG tonight.

She may have left an 'account' at the casino, or even transfered the money from there online to her account. The money to the cab drivers might have been all that he was able to take or maybe she wouldn't give him her PIN number or online acct numbers and that is what started the violence.

Last night the brother Enrique said she had $10,000.00 with her. Maybe he did not know all the facts. I am just guessing. BUt, that along with lots of other things are being reported differently. One time I heard Joran took $300.00 and her credit cards. So, who knows. jmo

It looks like from the stills that radaroline has you can see JVS coming thru the hotel lobby in his stiped shirt carry cofee...I wonder if this is when they say he left and went and got the 2 cups.

Doesn't appear to have been enough time to commit the murder and deliver that kind of a beating after the "real" coffee-run. So, when he leaves the room with the cig in his mouth - as calm and collected as he does appear, he already had murdered her. He is COLD AS ICE.

Why the limp-wrist freak out later? Don't buy that he realized only then that there were video cameras. Suppose he realized that he would not get away with this homicide. Gave up. Freaked out. Pathetic actions - body language, looking into camera, empty coffee cups, employee with key, etc.>he had basically given up. New goal - get a head-start of as many hours as possible.
