8:01 and other missing photo. Why don't we just ask radaronline to repost the first set? It seems the comments section works well there. I just don't know how to comment there, old lady I am, I know, I know. I don't even know how you guys are finding them from your previous searches, lol.

I saw it, too. i.b.nora ... the next image (that was removed) he was passing the front desk with the coffee heading towards the room and the time stamp was 8:11:46. Does your half screenshot show the time stamp?!? He was absent from the hotel for 9 min. 51 sec.

I wonder why that part of the video was never released to the public by LE.
I do hope, they are not doing this intentionally to project a stronger case as the worlds' attention is on this case.

More On the Massive Elbow Strike Hypothesis Of JVDS Upon Stephany Flores

Because there is new evidence and a better translation available to me now, I add these factors in to my previous post on my Massive Elbow Strike Hypothesis of yesterday
Recall that I hypothesized that Stephany was held against either a wall or floor, likely by JDS holding her throat with one hand, while trying to obtain PIN number or something else from Stephany. And Joran struck with a massive elbow strike that drove her nose into her skull and then the latter into her brain, and at the same time, since she was held up against a wall or floor, that the back of the skull also fractured and would have caused brain injury at that area also. I am also making the assumption that Joran did strike her with his elbow, and not a weapon, as the police do not seem to try much to get him to change that aspect. But some of what follows is still relevant even if the tennis racquet were used. Note that an elbow from such a large man who knows what he is doing is likely more massive and more damaging than using the tennis racquet would have been.
Here are excerpts from ABC’s (human) translation of the confession.
http://abcnews.go.com/International...der-sloots-gory-peru-murder/story?id=10923141
“She was on the bed when I hit her hard with my right elbow and I think her head went back and hit the wall, then she begins to bleed. Immediately I get on top of her and with both hands I begin to strangle her, keeping her that way for a minute. After that, I throw her to the floor, but she keeps breathing. At that moment I take off my shirt and put it on her face, pressing on it. I don't remember for how long, but she stops breathing. In this way I think I caused her death," he said when investigators asked for a details description of the murder.”
Translation now from Joranspeak [which is a blend of minimal truth, self-serving lies and derangement/fantasy]. In confessing, he knows what he saw of Stephany’s wounds and where her blood was, and possibly even damage to a wall or such. So he is limited in how he can lie, as he knows the police have her body, the room etc. He knows also, of course, just how he struck her and killed her.
Jordanspeak: “I think her head went back and hit the wall” Translation into Human language: He knows that he held her up against the wall and saw the result: blood on the wall and damage to the front of her face and the back of her head. So he lies, and he has to, as it also covers up that it occurred as he was trying to rob her, which would get him the maximum sentence if he admitted that. But he knows he can’t get out of the injury to the back of her head that he probably directly saw, along with blood on the wall and the blood coming out of the front and back of her head.
Jordanspeak: "I think she started to faint. It affected me so that I grabbed her from the neck and strangled her for a minute…[later in the confession, but speaking about the same point in time] After that, I throw her to the floor,” Translation: She went limp after the elbow strike. He doesn’t want to admit that he greatly damaged her brain from his one strike.
Then today we have seen a photo and accompanying text about her tennis shoes:
“Stephanie’s blue tennis shoes with white laces are covered with blood.” From: http://www.radaronline.com/exclusiv...-van-der-sloots-bloody-shirt-victims-clothing
This implies IMO that she was vertical (standing), not lying on the floor or sitting on the bed when he delivered his massive elbow strike. That caused immediate bleeding as described above. If she were on the ground or sitting on the bed, I do not think the blood would have been able to drip onto the sneakers.
Result: My earlier conclusions remains supported by the evidence. She was held up against a wall likely by her throat when he elbowed her. The final COD being his strangling, but alas the likely damage to her brain may have basically ended her existence as it was beforehand, even if he didn’t finish.
Furthermore, the X-rays (MRI if they have it, etc.) of her skull and the autopsy should be able to confirm exactly what happened as follows. If the above scenario is correct, and a single massive blow was struck against her, the front and back skull damage will line up along with areas of brain compression. These will all be in a single straight line. This will sink Joran both in how he struck her and basically vegetated her brain at this point—perhaps almost equivalent to a COD—and will also prove that his description of what happened is totally false (also indicated here by Kimmer that the sitting on the bed scenario, and her hitting him first, may not be physically possible), and also will help demonstrate that the motive was robbery as he was holding her up agiasnt a wall in furtherance of robbing/getting something from her. Forensic evidnece may even include making a cast of his elbow and fitting it to the indentation of her face—such was the effect of his strike while she was held against the concrete wall.
And I now see that Wikipedia’s article for JVDS does state that Peruvian law allows a life sentence for murder done in the course of a robbery. “However, a life sentence can be issued for a murder committed during the commission of a robbery” [ame]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joran_van_der_Sloot[/ame]
So IMOO the forensic evidence will prove he lied in his confession, his possession of her belongings is self-evident, his massive strike, presumably with his elbow, that destroyed her face and skull, and severely damaged her brain will all come out at trial, as well as his final strangling of her, instead of trying to aid her after his “impulsive” act. All this and Peruvian law, and public opinion will easily lend themselves to the judges rendering a life-sentence—where he does belong.

My initial thought was that the photos of him entering and exiting the lobby for coffee showed that there was no one at the desk to see him do this...and that's why he staged the 'fake' coffee incident.

But, now that someone has captured the one of him leaving the lobby at 8:01:55 without coffee, you can see that there is someone at the desk who seems to be looking right at him...so there goes that theory!!

Why do you think the pictures were pulled? And why do you think they have not released this video? There has to be a reason. jmo

I think it is at least troublesome. Hopefully, it was an unintentional oversight by Peruvian LE.

I have all 20 and am going to upload now. As long as I don't close the window, luckily they are all still there..It may take a minute to upload them all, but here goes..

Looks like you nailed it perfectly.
I'm sure Peruvian officials have this down pat too.

** I also wonder if all perps who are arrested for their crimes have their
INFORMATION out there for the public to read as they have done with this
case OR is it just because this is such a NOTORIOUS CASE?? and the victim
is the daughter of such a prominent person??

Please ... y'all are moving so fast! I have not logged off of Internet Explorer all day. Can someone tell me how to look into my cache and retrieve the Radaronline images? I don't know how to get into my Temporary Internet Files. I looked at all of the images when Kimmer first posted the link and made note of the time stamps on all of the images ... never thinking images themselves might be removed.

i.b.nora .... do you still have the half screenshot of the 2nd image that was removed?

Also, there was an image of him entering the room at 8:24:44 with coffee. Like I said ... I made note of the time stamps

Kimmer:

Re Joran’s shirt and the elbowing.

1. If you make an elbow as you would when about to use it for a strike, you will realize that it is the back of the (elbow part of the) shirt that would make contact with the victim. And we only have I think a front view of the shirt.
2. The elbow strike is of very short duration, just as if you punched someone in the nose and they would soon thereafter start to bleed, the puncher may not get any blood on his fist.
3. He claimed to have struck his elbow upon the top part of her nose.
4. It is still possible, I must admit that he used something else, as he and the police may be stringing each other along, and the rest of us as well. I just think it is unlikely now.

Okay, so what I actually have a half picture of, is Joran returning to the lobby with his little coffee cups and presumably asking for a hotel staff person to unlock the room for him. I did not capture the one of him coming back into the hotel from the coffee shop. Sorry. But, here is the bottom half of the one with him asking for help to unlock the door. There were TWO staff people at the front desk. This was at 8:26:05 (even though my title is goofie) Hotel Lobby Time:
