Okay, so what I actually have a half picture of, is Joran returning to the lobby with his little coffee cups and presumably asking for a hotel staff person to unlock the room for him. I did not capture the one of him coming back into the hotel from the coffee shop. Sorry. But, here is the bottom half of the one with him asking for help to unlock the door. There were TWO staff people at the front desk. This was at 8:26:05 (even though my title is goofie) Hotel Lobby Time:

Sorry, i.b.nora, but this isn't the one when he's entering the lobby with coffee. That is at 8:11:46.

This one is when he's talking to an employee at the desk...I believe it's during the 'fake' coffee sequence when he's getting someone to unlock his door.

We have him leaving with the smoke, need to see him coming back the other way holding coffee.

But, it's still good to have captured these...since who knows how long they'll remain on the website!!

Also noticed the JC show (I don't know the name) they kept showing the shot of her pointing at the hole/toilet. Odd.

Noticeable to me is VDS going for coffee in the striped shirt and not the white one. Was she already deceased and the whole going for coffee thing his staged alibi that didn't work?

Yes, I realized that as I was first posting it. In fact, I had to change what I said. But, oh well. It is definitely part of the sequence. He sure didn't waste much time, when he was getting ready to get out of there.

I just want to verify with you, that you did see the photo of Joran returning with the coffee. Am I correct in saying that that photo of Joran returning with the coffee was different from where Joran is at the front desk asking to be let in his room?

Am I understanding correctly that many of us believe photo 3 in this set, is VDS returning from the "real" coffee-run? Either he left the door ajar, or he put the coffees down before he unlocked the door. Or is photo 3 in set 5 a still from the old video of the empty coffee cup fiasco?

Re Joran’s shirt and the elbowing.

1. If you make an elbow as you would when about to use it for a strike, you will realize that it is the back of the (elbow part of the) shirt that would make contact with the victim. And we only have I think a front view of the shirt.
2. The elbow strike is of very short duration, just as if you punched someone in the nose and they would soon thereafter start to bleed, the puncher may not get any blood on his fist.
3. He claimed to have struck his elbow upon the top part of her nose.
4. It is still possible, I must admit that he used something else, as he and the police may be stringing each other along, and the rest of us as well. I just think it is unlikely now.

I am by no means an expert in martial arts, but am aware there is a blow made with the hand in an "upward" motion that knocks the nasal bone up into the brain, but not aware of a downward strike that would do this. ??? Sorry to be so gross. This would not cause death instantly, hence the strangulation and smothering.

The photo of Joran RETURNING from the coffee shop with coffee cups is a different photo than the one of him in the lobby asking for someone to unlock his door for him.
I saw it, I just didn't capture it in time.
It was timestamped 8:11:46-19 (Hotel Lobby time) Joran returns to hotel from Coffee Shop or market
8:26:05-26 (Hotel Lobby Cam) Joran in lobby asking for someone to open his room.
