NG: Jean showing what she went through to get into the prison - body scan, fingerprints. Showing film now of her walking around the prison yard, some guards around her. Shows the exercise room. NG asking Jean about Joran not getting the same treatment as other prisoners. Jean saying he's getting preferential treatment, still eating same food as guards.

Michael Griffith: telling Nancy just think what the Bible may have to be used for since he doesn't even have toilet paper. NG still talking about how his room is better than her college dorm room with a thick mattress, Pert shampoo, etc.

Renee Rockwell: agrees with MG, this is a "show prison" to put their best image out to the world. Adds that Joran asked for isolation.

Peter Odom: unclear if the blood on the items came from spatter or to mop up the floor. He sees blood on the back of Joran's shirt; says the shirt was off Joran's body.

radaronline reporter: understands Joran took shirt off and suffocated Stephany with it. Shirt was held over her bloody face. She says other items have spatters of blood, not streaks from wiping. Blood spatter also on tennis shoes.

Dr. Bethany Marshall: Describing characteristics of a psychopath. After seeing the evidence, believes Joran is a psychopath, not a sociopath.

Guest: LE will know if he wiped his hands on clothing, transfer pattern, etc. how blood got on clothing.

Jean: saying Joran had an orange shirt on today, looked new. Describing his physical size, very tall, large.

I am looking at the photo of Stephany's stuff on TV and it doesn't look like a bloody mess on my television. [I think I have HDTV but I don't know if the signal is HD.] It all looks much cleaner than what they are saying and the "blood" is purple-ish.

So it's official. Joran did go out for coffee. That makes what Jean C. reported last week accurate that there were two containers of coffee in the room. That also makes Joran's statement that he killed Stephany after he returned from getting the coffee, a complete lie. She was dead already. He killed her, cleaned up, changed clothes and then went out for coffee. Somehow, I think that Joran was unsure about the video camera. He might not have known of its presence until we see him with coffee in hand looking directly at it. Even then, he might have thought it wasn't working, or was working and recorded over rapidly. Anyway, he's caught in yet another lie.

Yes, her clothes - were not a bloody mess. Only splatter on them. She wasn't wearing them, not even the black Nike shirt.

The room was a bloody mess, and his white shirt.

It just amazes me with all the blood and violence .. Joran was so blaza after the murder

I still think he killed Stephany when he came back from getting the coffee. The picture of him coming out of the room at 8:13 with a cigarette, he appears very relaxed and the door is open rather wide at that point. Also when he returns with the coffee, it appears as though the door was ajar a little and all he had to do was push it open.

Everyone keeps saying how horrendous Castro Castro is. I've watched quite a few of those World's Toughest Prisons on NatGeo and they look way worse than this place. I think he's got it pretty easy - so far. I don't think he'd be faring so well at Lurigancho or the like.

Michael Gilbert just said he doesn't have toilet paper. I clearly saw a roll right next to his Pert shampoo. :waitasec:

Hey Suzihawk, I couldn't agree more. I know they probably cleaned his "dorm" up a bit, but all and all, Joran has a pretty nice living arrangement.

Ok this is a morbid question but I don't honestly know. With that much blood he couldn't have simply just broken her neck no? I'm thinking he had to really beat her up? No? Can there be THAT much blood with breaking someone's neck?

LOL ~ the hitman looked much smaller so they can't be his clothes!

Jean is saying a pastor who flew in from the Netherlands came to see him and other Dutch inmates; and the attorney came to see him. I also read that someone from the Dutch Embassy saw him on Tuesday.
