If Stephany was found in tee shirt and panties as has been reported, I tend to believe he tried to rape her and she fought back. Money was an added bonus fro Joran.

Also, the gentleman on the GRivera Show last night who was present at the casino, and spoke with VDS that night, emphasized that he made vulgar comments to him several times re looking for a woman (in that way).

Was hard for us to understand why did SF went into this room.

- SR: happy, made others laugh, intelligent, helped family w/businesses; wanted to follow father's steps
- it is hard for us to understand why she went into his room; weird; like 2 friends going in
JVM: may appear she wasn't drugged, but we know they were in car - possible she was drugged in car, and was woozy going in - we don't know yet.

Some of the early reports indicated she was found face down. Jean C reported that her knees were bent and her legs drawn up to her chest, and JVM just said she was on her back. That seems to be a strange position to be in.

I think it is because she was thrown into the corner of that bed by him and is how she landed. The ME stated in a round about way the injury to the back of her head was the result of considerable force, even to moving the mattress a bit. Just my opinion as I don't know if he really threw her or not. xox

hubby just saw the tape of their arrival to the hotel. Drunk as a skunk was his reaction. Thats what I thought too.

Good possibility with father saying he had given her money to purchase a new laptop (don't recall in what context he said that).

cash for a laptop is really not that sensible, why would she take it to the casino, unless she used it to gamble with and she probably has all kinds of credit cards and can buy anything she wants.

I was thinking that too. Clearly SF went gambling after...

Perhaps, since she had just won money at the casino, and he needed to lure her in, he offered to sell her his laptop. Ex-girlfriend and cousin seem to question her going in to a hotel room with a man. If she knew him from the casinos and/or through Garcia, she let her guard down. Also, he could have offered her the coke (which he laced) on the ride to the hotel.

- Appears she fibbed to girlfriend that she was on way up to sleep, when she was really going to a casino.
- Perhaps, in order to get cash from the father (not gonna give her cash to support her gambling), she told father at some earlier point, she wanted to purchase a computer (not implying earlier that day - don't know when).

No jean on is another puzzling part, you would think an attacker would start with ripping off a shirt not the jeans. Jeans are hard enuf to get on and off under normal circumstances.
