No jean on is another puzzling part, you would think an attacker would start with ripping off a shirt not the jeans. Jeans are hard enuf to get on and off under normal circumstances.

I don't think the jeans were ripped off unless it happened in the struggle as she fought him when he was striking her repeatedly with the wooden tennis racket. Her panties seemed to be intact and her pants were tight from the video I have seen.

I still don't think the motive was sexual. I think he was going to rob her and she put up a fight. He may have taken her pants off to go through her pockets thoroughly looking for any hidden money she may have had on her.

I think it is because she was thrown into the corner of that bed by him and is how she landed. The ME stated in a round about way the injury to the back of her head was the result of considerable force, even to moving the mattress a bit. Just my opinion as I don't know if he really threw her or not. xox

I disagree Scandi!:blowkiss: My gut tells me that because the mattress was moved and her neck was broken that he pounded her head into the headboard.

What I would really like to see is a thread that lists all Spanish URL's, all Spanish videos, where NATIVE Spanish speakers (like me for example) can go and do a REAL translation? I am so sick of the googled translations that I can't stand it anymore. I don't have time to go look for links in Spanish, but I WILL take the time to translate if someone posts the links.

There is more than just ONE native Spanish speaker on Websleuths, we would all take turns, I'm sure. This case is confusing enough! There is certainly no need to confuse things further with lousy translations. Just my 2 cents worth. It would be a thread with accurate translations ONLY. What do you think, would this be a workable solution?

I think it's a great idea! Over this past week I have learned the true meaning of "Lost in Translation." A thread devoted to REAL translations would be so helpful!

That's what she said: "the jeans were RIPPED off". (caps because she basically yelled it).

How would Stephany's father know that the drugs found in her car were date rape drugs?

They are only talking about $15,000.00 however on Geraldo the other night, Bo Dietl stated Joran received $10,000.00 cash in Aruba and then they did the $15,000.00 wire transfer. That is $25,000.00.

We'll need the transcripts because JC was giving one detail after the other of the results of the beating to her body - was too many to list. Recall emphasis of injury/bruises to both feet. She didn't have a chance against him.
