I do sense that he is a tad self-conscious and embarrassed, inconvenienced even.

I wonder if he was advised by his attorney to appear to be paying attention, if not really listening.

Listening to these victim statements, talking about the deceased, and the wrenching grief. This is pure, raw emotion. It really is breathtaking, in a strange way, so sad and poignant. Shared, collective grief. Hard to listen and watch.

Does anyone know if BK is looking at those who are speaking or is he looking straight ahead at the judge/front of the court? I'd hard to tell with the split screen if he's looking at the speakers.
