yeah he didn't actually intervene...
Sarcasm? Because I completely disagree, and I think Kohlberger is guilty. No previous president has tried to put their thumb on the judicial system and comment on an ongoing case that hasn't been sentenced. I don't think it's appropriate for ANY president to get involved.

Interesting.

I wouldn't be surprised if some associated with the case had reached out to him and asked him to weigh in.
You may well be right, but Judge HIppler already made it very clear, when SG asked people to call his office, and ask him to reject the plea deal, that it was highly inappropriate for anyone to do that, and stated that public sentiment would not influence his judicial decisions. I seriously doubt that President Trump's wishes that he demand an explanation of motive will be received any more favorably. JMO

I think Trump might have read the article in People magazine.

Are we sure that's BK & AT and not actors? Neither of them look like BK & AT. Close, but enough to make me scratch my head and go "Is it..?".
Looks AI to me.

I think BK realized that he would not be able to continue his serial killer studying education, his top priority! JMOO
If there is nothing in his sentencing prohibiting access to media and computers, MOO is that he will devotedly continue his studies, and he will continuously Google everything about himself and the case until he draws his last breath. MOO is that he sees no difference between fame and infamy, because the latter brings the former.

What would surprise me is that there was not a connection. It is obvious that the family of KG have, whether through hats and other ways, communicated they are strong supporters of his. I would not be at all surprised that this made its way to the WH. We have often seen presidents react to events when supporters of theirs are involved in some way.

Didn't he use it for directions after the murder? Perhaps he still needed it to get home the back way
Yes, exactly. Ask @Megnut for the details (cause I just can't remember) but, I think when he turned it back on, down south somewhere, he only turned it on for like one minute, used his gps, then shut it off immediately. Yeah probably got lost, lol!! Wasn't so brilliant as he thought.

HERE WE GO.

discussing the release of the non dissemination order.

  • #631
Does anyone have the link for where this is being streamed?

Judge is lifting the order. It has outlived its usefulness in light of the pleas deal arrived at. Sealed things will still be sealed. But people can disseminate.

Court's intent is to after sentencing begin reviewing the sealed items in this case to determine what should r should not be unsealed. What might need redaction prior to unsealing, etc.

That's why I popped in. I am feeling for the families right now, they need supernatural strength to get through this.

No Contact? WOW.

If that is added then he'll probably lose his mind. Plenty of people can't cope with being in isolation like that. I don't know how Idaho prisons operate but I'm guessing the rules are pretty strict. The guards will probably find him easy to upset too.

Incel takes on a whole new meaning.
