Watching Brian Entin interview Alivea Goncalves. Smart girl.
SO smart, articulate, determined, focused, and explicitly succinct. TOTALLY representing. I love it.

I wish Murphy would have ripped BK apart to stop him 🐾🐾

JMO

Those that were in favor of the death penalty for true justice...all hope is not lost, BK will have vigilante justice staring him in the face daily....the boys will be rough on him, and won't hold back

Like Kaylees Mom said “they will be there to help you”. That was clever to use his own words.

SG told Ashleigh Banfield that the other objection was round with stripes, as it left those marks on Kaylee’s face. He bashed her teeth out. This is what was told to them on Monday.

She’ll have this on her podcast tomorrow per Brian Entin.

Speculation alert. I am going way out on a limb to talk about something I know nothing about. It has been said it could have been a dazzler that DM saw.

What is that? Great question.

Could this have been what DM mistook for a vacuum? Could this cause disorientation? Could someone who has VSS be interested in using an optical instrument like this to gain the upper hand? JMOSpeculatingO

The interweb told me about it and I thought what the heck? I am sure there are people who know about these things. I am just throwing this out there.

Her delivery was exceptional. It wasn’t just what she said but the cadence and rhythm of her voice was so spot on. It won’t be forgotten. She would be an excellent professional speaker or actress.

She also had all of the precise words that made it so tailored to him. I loved the “wannabe condition”. The gift card, a rapper, an hypochondriac and more.

Here is your rounded solid object with stripes...the pommel of the KaBar knife...the butt end and handle...capable of doing a lot of damage to a face or body.....

I am convinced that one knife did all the carnage. JMO

Poster @Ghostwheel suggested this in an earlier post, and I am 100% in agreement.

I was one of those who mentioned it.

I think it would serve a few purposes. It forces him to admit not just saying yes, I did it but proving it. He wanted that knife hidden. Why not force him to reveal where he put it so LE could get custody of it. It's out there somewhere for someone to find. Same reason LE likes to recover guns used in crimes. If they could get the location of bloody clothing, why not? You ask why and who cares, but to that I say why not? Why leave evidence out there if he could have been required to disclose the location. That is something factual that could have been revealed.

It also would remove any chance that he could claim he confessed because he was pressured or if he tries to say he really didn't do it. If he revealed where the knife is, there is then zero doubt for others to say he didn't do it. Only the killer knows the location of the knife.

Often in plea agreements they require location of evidence, a body, a weapon or something that LE doesn't have.
No reason he didn't use a hacksaw and cut it in 5 pieces, forever losing the knife profile. Leaving pieces here and there. Per AI yes hacksaws can cut a Kaybar, if slowly. But I agree, there wasn't much demanded of him, same with Watts

I do not have the document in front of me, but I am curious about the discarded black backpack that was apparently found in the backyard at 1122 King Rd. Nothing tying that to BK? Seems that could have been a great place to store his kill kit. Did he have to leave too quickly to completely cahnge out of his clothes and retrieve it? We do know from one of the released docs that he apparently searched for how to get blood out of a car, if I am not mistaken. JMO
Actually, I think this is one search term amongst others which LE included in a specific warrant issued to Google.. I would have to re-read the doc but I think it was LE in the pre-arrest investigation who served a warrant on google seeking to identify accounts from anyone who had searched for a specific list of set terms for a set period of time after the murders but before the victims were discovered, and secondly for a set period of time prior to the murders. This was done in the early days as part of efforts to identify a perp who LE were beginning to realise at that time was likely a stranger to the victims.

Google was still trying to collate the info over a month or more later in Jan 2023 I think, and contacted investigators to explain a number of difficulties. As the perp had been arrested by that time, LE decided the info was no longer necessary and cancelled the warrant.

I read this doc the other day and that's to the best of my memory and understanding. I think it is number 153.

I'm not good with screen shots!

ETA, specific warrants were issued to Google for BK's info, search history and all that after his arrest. If the COI page is still active for Ada County they're all there in semi redacted form for the first half of 2023 or thereabouts.

I apologize for being morbid, but I can not figure out how the killer didn't cut/slice his own hand?
I think the Kabar type knife is designed to prevent slicing one's own hand---it has a metal guard that the hand rests against, preventing it from sliding up into the sharp edge.

Emily, the good friend who is Hunter's gf featured in the Prime series, thinks BK met or saw Maddie at the restaurant she worked at, and how he honed in on her and started stalking her.
Not sure I remember correctly. Wasn't the restaurant vegan/vegetarian? Wasn't BK vegetarian or vegan at some point? Or, am I imagining this lol

Bbm.
Agreed.
Wish they could have forced a few answers for the families, in exchange for the plea deal, though.
Just thinking out loud.
There's no reason to believe he'd tell the truth if he was somehow forced to answer. So it seems pointless.

I think we will eventually get some information from BK when Ramsland does her future interviews for her book/documentary, etc.

It was not exclusively vegan, but it DID serve vegan options, like vegan pizza. I have vegan family members and they always search out restaurants with vegan options. I think he knew about that restaurant.

Thank you for replying. I should have Googled it and because you are right, I see what you mean.
That knife is absolutely terrifying btw.
Those poor victims .

Yeah that pretty much explains the wounds without there being an additional weapon.

I’ve given AT a lot of passes due to her being a defense attorney, but no more. Unforgivable.

I’ve never been fond of AT since she went far beyond the bounds of reason in her attempts to defend him.

However I recognize that she had a PROFESSIONAL duty to him.

What I CANNOT TOLERATE is when she again went beyond the bounds during sentencing, because her actions were, IMO, now operating on a PERSONAL level.

The warm-hearted smiles and the soothing physical gestures—-that’s a NO!!!!

There was no trial, sentencing was in the books—she no longer needed her lawyerly skills to cultivate Bryan’s reactions in front of a jury.

I don’t recall if she has children, but if she does, how can anyone whose professional path has ended still bestow these gentle touches on a murderer of four kids—can she imagine if it were her child?

Even if she isn’t a mother—-the battle was over. They lost. Know when to stop, AT.

Just my opinion.

Yeah, that will give him another 15+++ minutes of fame. But it will probably be like CW, sounding pretty truthful except, imo, for the cruelty of what he really did to the kids will be white washed. But I guess the Idaho students'' unspeakable wounds will be hard to justify, ie "I sure was angry that day" will just cause people to stare at him. He's definitely unhuman: lacking universal human values.
