The reporter, KF who tweeted it answered a question under it and said we don’t know for sure if the book belonged to BK or his parents.
Or possibly it belonged to one of his sisters.

Is there a whiffle ball in his head?

I'll either head out to a ballgame or.... plead guilty.

There is something very goofed up with his thought processes.

I'm amazed he wasn't dismissed from his job immediately after first complaints.
I even wrote about it here over 2 years ago and was jumped at by some poster.

Why did the female students have to endure such attitude towards them?
They paid for their studies.
And got this madman to teach them in return for their money!!!

<snipped for focus>

There's a step by step legal process that state institutions have to go through in order to dismiss someone, such as notifying the employee of an employer's concerns related to the job, documenting evidence and providing a remediation plan with reviews, etc. There isn't an immediate remedy for state or federal employees. It sounds like the department did their best to ensure that each step they took was legal and appropriate to the situation.

Still trying to catch-up.
Entin's report on the prison complaints from a day ago

BTW Jump Suit Pablo ( popular channel for anything prison-related) did a good explainer of how the ' grates' are vital means of comms for people cell 23x7. It gives good context for why cellmates just chatting daytime will also P him off ( He's awake all night and up all day according to the previous jail inmates) Also note Entin says he doesn't have TV or tablet yet .

Personally I think somebody like BK know-it-all will will become a forever complainer - prison law library - and is too dumb to realise doing that will further alienate COs working there.

Aw! shucks

Exactly!
He's narcissistic, he needs to always have control and he won't be able to keep in check his ocd.

moo — considering how old the book is, seems like something his mom lent him? The underlining could even have been hers.
Yes! I felt it was like a book that was bought for him.

He enjoyed watching the news about his case unless they started talking about his friends or family. Then he would change the channel immediately. Then there after he quite watching the news about him completely.
He had friends? 😧

Thank you so much for your timeline!

I'm curious if there's actual documentation that states the sheath was sent to the FBI? I figured the FBI did not recreate a new SNP profile from the touch DNA on the sheath, but rather used the SNP profile that Othram had created to upload to other databases to hopefully find a closer genetic connection to the owner of the sheath DNA.

It's interesting to think of that chain of custody of that little bit of DNA on the sheath. First to the Idaho lab that created the STR profile, then to Othram that created the SNP profile, and eventually to the FBI in some format.

I'm still fixated on the DNA aspect of this case because I find DNA so fascinating. Since I first posted here about this I've uploaded my DNA to Gedmatch allowing police access.

Yes there is. It is documents who took it personally there, he flew there on a plane (I orginally thought he drove), and his name. I think there's even a date and time when he left. It's in one of the many documents that we have received in the last 2 weeks.

Ooof y'all see the video of IT in what looks to me like an intake cell?! Some guard will get nacked if they find out he's leaked that.
Creepy SIM like freak. Jesus.
I've put it on a drive which will hopefully work.

Every single thing that we learn about him screams creep. Everything.

Oh well...
I understand what you are saying
but it still makes me really angry on behalf of these girls :(

Mind vs heart.

Does this include the December 10 2022 date from Othram to the FBI?

It seems that Dylan thought Kaylee was the one who went up and down the stairs, the one who cried in the bathroom, the one the man in black spoke to.

Maybe this is why Dylan convinced herself that Xana was merely passed out drunk when she caught a glimpse of her on her way down to Bethany’s room. No sign of Kaylee.

IMO
Thank you for saying this @PunishThenForgive !!
Now that you've said this I bet that's exactly what happened.

He is doing another one with way more detail. 😊
I prefer to read them myself. I can’t wait for it all to be officially posted online, like the original document dump.

I don't think so, I'm not sure. Kevin Fixler had put out an article and I think in there he give a break down.

While it was one close-ish DNA match that led the FBI to the AHA! moment, it was more than one DNA match that ultimately allowed the FBI to create the genetic clusters of DNA matches that led to the killer's ancestors.

I didn't realize that the killer possibly had tested on Ancestry (probably already mentioned here, article from Jan 18, 2023) . That's crazy, even if, Ancestry's TOS does not allow LE to use its database. Why did he do a DNA test? To see how many close relatives he might have on the site?

In that article his neighbor guessed he had Italian heritage, but he replied he was of German descent. CeCe Moore mentions he has a lot of Italian heritage.

Back to my rabbit hole....

This information is not correct and since Cece had nothing to do with this case, she is not a good source of information.

This isn't an ' I told you so' -it's a shoutout to staff & students at WSU. I just want to repeat what I kept posting over the last fortnight - that WSU had busted him and deserved some credit for getting onto him fast and making a quick decision to terminate. Prior to this, nobody had
Now that you mention it, you are right! WSU is my alma mater and when it was first learned that it was the murderer's school, too, at least for a little while, I was deeply dismayed. I didn't want the crimson and gray anywhere near him.

In my time as a student at WSU (back when Barbie dolls were wooden), I don't remember anybody complaining about anything. We just did whatever and went along. But the staff and students were on this guy like white on rice! They can feel very satisfied with their actions.

Kohberger's cell phone also contained many selfies where he was posing shirtless or flexing his muscles, Jared and Heather revealed.

Shirtless??? 😵‍💫

Flexing muscles???
WHAT muscles???
(His prison uniform was hanging on him like on a coat rack)

I hope I will NOT encounter these selfies by mistake on the Internet.
Some things cannot be unseen, unfortunately.

Ok, did anyone catch in Entin’s video, that DM heard music? Was that Xana without her ear buds in??

My apologies. I stand corrected.
