Okay then explain how when it came to Rex Huberman, Gilgo Beach Killer, why they were then able to use the cell tower pings of his phone to prove he was everywhere he was when dead bodies were found? Cause yes, cell phone towers will ping a geo location of where you've been, that's how they find people lost in the woods to lost in plane crashes that are still alive due to the cell towers and radio towers. It's a gps based ping with phone towers because everytime you aren't on the wifi, you are using the cell tower and the tower pings that info back to the carrier of the company you are using where it's data recording your gps location. So yes, cell phone records 100% can prove where you've been.

A single tower can provide time and distance from a tower in a 30 degree arc. Its a lot of info, but it is not as exact as two towers providing arcs that cross over each other showing exact location.

My question about his lighter hair color is... did he often dye or lighten his hair or is this the first time? IMO it's likely his first time and he did it to change his appearance. As you can see... even his Brybrows are lighter. Why? So they don't stand out so much and look bushy. JMO!

I do think he dyes his hair. At first I thought it was lighting differences but on closer study the tones are different. At arrest in PA home the color is ashy. Later it’s more a dark chestnut to almost black when he adds “product.” He could be dying his brybrows along with hair — not healthiest technique but hair dye will work on brows. OMO.

Question, could the second item used on Kaylee be something like a wind less tool tube for a motorcycle?? Just my theory but they make 13 in tall cylinder black, waterproof for docs, tools, meds etc....but a quick search on Amazon has one that has a rounded edge with curved lines on it.

If he used that end to quiet her, those round lines would leave marks as the curve itself would make marks too? Just a thought ....so many cops are bikers they are probably aware of these.

There's no reason to think it wasn't accurate in this case. If there are 3 towers, they are used to triangulate a signal. If not, the location is determined from a radius of the tower it does hit off of.

And in this case, the CCTV footage of his car being at the scene of the crime backs up the cell phone data locating his phone there.

Often people who are psychopathic cold blooded killers who go into law enforcement professions, it's so that they stay ahead of the case about themselves, but also because they get off on power and control over people, gatekeeping basically.

I've read the same theory about some people becoming prison guards because they are after sadistic power.

Correct and then they used forensic genology, same method they use now to solve cold cases and how they find old serial killers who haven't been caught; the same method used to catch the golden state killer! It's how they were able to ID two of JWG's victims that were still as john doe's.

Agree. I think he was only focused on getting out of there.

I watched a pretty good simulation of his attacks on GH. I don’t think he saw the surviving roommate, even though he appeared to look in her direction.

It was very dark inside the house and the doorway to exit through the kitchen to the slider wasn’t far from the roommate’s bedroom door. JMO, he was focused on getting out of there ASAP.

I agree, it is too much speculation to say he was scared. and as for "sparing" anyone...please! he committed a cowardly attack and then bolted.

BK mimicked behaviors that he either saw as acceptable or repulsive. He is not that original and he behaved in scenarios as expected, like role-playing.

When being pulled over, in the classroom, at home with family possibly, talking to others, while perpetrating murders etc. do X. This may not be ASD. Psychopathy mixed with schizoaffective disorder might be the bigger diagnosis. His brain just does not work and and he behaves as either he should or should not, sometimes pulling it off other times not so much.

His judgment is lacking, his social awkwardness is there when you are paying attention and I get a strange mix of Adam Lanza, Elliot Roger and Ted Bundy. Mostly because he is vacant.

He does not have an original offering and he focuses on specifics to offer that are either appropriate or inappropriate. If he were reading this, objectively, he would be very disappointed. It is all inauthentic. JMOO

Yes, he is, but he is using words like "possibility" & "may have" which are usually indicative of speculation. Only the convict can provide definitive answers to those 2 subjects at this point.

I did this 6 years ago.

I was given a 23& me kit in 2019, did it and sent it in. You just have to put your saliva in a little tube and mail it in. So after doing it, I asked for my raw results and uploaded to GEDmatch. And agreed to share with LE. Instructions are on the websites how to do this, easy peasy. If there were ever some distant relation (even a not-so-distant one) who committed a crime, they SHOULD be caught.

There has been some issues with 23&me lately, going out of business, banckruptcy or something, not sure. So I went to the site and cancelled myself from it. So I don't know if one is able to still get results from them.

The felon was carrying something in front of him, in both hands, when DM saw him.

LE was surveiling the felon around the clock in PA, as he ran errands. DMV, pharmacy. Wore gloves. Once he was out at night, dressed all in black. The surveillance team almost hit him.

The felon tried to run down the stairs when LE made entry into his parents' house.
