GUILTY PLEA DEAL ACCEPTED - 4 Univ of Idaho Students Murdered, Bryan Kohberger Arrested, Moscow, Nov 2022 #114

I agree, he is documenting issues for a reason, possibly long-term wanting to get transferred to Pennsylvania and out of Idaho. I'm guessing that he has been advised to begin documenting these kinds of issues as they happen, keeping a record. JMO.
How does "they were mean to me" justify transferring him to a prison in PA??

And why would PA want to take a major PITA?! Nope.

JMO as an autistic person: I have to work to keep in mind that “rules” are not ironclad and sometimes leave room for interpretation. He was probably given some sort of rules or expectations for prisoner behavior and legal requirements for nutrition etc. Now he is fussing bc the others are “breaking the rules” and that could be causing confusion that his brain can’t reconcile.

This happens for me in environments like school. When I would see others getting a pass at breaking rules, I’d get confused then on which rules are actually set in stone? Who is allowed to bend them? and under what circumstances? Should I follow the rules™️? Even that one I don’t agree with? etc

Y'all may be happy to know it’s a very uncomfortable feeling 😝 like my brain is wrinkled from trying to work out how to behave and what to expect from the behavior of others. It may take him longer than other cons to get his bearings in this new environment, socially. Oh well.

I am going to go on record and say this is not about autism with BK. I empathize and appreciate your perspective completely. His attorney AT tried to blame some of his behavior on ASD. I am calling BS. Sure some of that might apply. But let's be honest, he's a narcissist who has oppositional behavior patterns. JMOO

No one on this forum should ever have to defend autism because of this jacka$$. JMOO

well said, i tend to agree. The autism angle was mostly a tool the attorney was using to avoid the DP. It seems that his symptoms do fit the diagnosis, but it’s possible that his symptoms are better explained by some other diagnosis. There is, of course, a lot of overlap between Autism & OCD and other disorders he may have been screened for.

But yeah he doesn’t represent us or as I like to say “He can’t sit with us!” 😝

That was so arrogant of AT to think that she could get by with that alibi. “Driving around”. She also tried to emphasize BK’s autism…despite there being no formal diagnosis at the time.
that is pretty much the job of a defense attorney. people are reading so much into her just doing her job. we don't know, and it wouldn't be professional for her to say how she personally feels about him. you may not like it, but if you ever need a defense attorney you would want them to do their best.

There is a sample menu of food for a month. It is not adapted for vegan, but that can be accommodated.

BK can also have "Commissary Packages" sent to him with additional food items.

Here is a picture of his first meal, looks like tacos and beans. I think BK better like tortillas and beans, because he will probably eat a lot of them. And no doubt, plenty of potatoes.
What in the world is this thing from your article?

I wanted to clarify my points from the other day.
  1. BK is not likely to find a group to protect him
  2. His chances of going the way of Dahmer are very good IMO
  3. Prison 'hazing' may be common, but most inmates want to find a way to fit in
  4. See number 1 above
  5. BK is making it known that no one is paying attention to his rights, and as he keeps documenting opens huge holes for complaints and reprisal against the prison and officials
  6. By doing what he is doing if ANYTHING bad happens to him, the prison can be held responsible, because he TOLD them there was an issue.
IMO, this is BK's protection plan in his mind.

I just see it as a very good possibility.

Which is why he's in segregation. The prison isn't going to let any inmates near him (or him near them). He's a liability.

Yes, that's an interesting contradiction, isn't it?

The "dumbing down" of American education. A PhD student can't write a decent sentence. Good grief.

At least it’s not bread and water, like the old days.

In this article, there are references to “punishment” food, the “loaf,” including in Pennsylvania, although in some cases it’s being phased out.

It seems to be for prisoners who throw their food at others or otherwise are creating problems.

(Source is part of NPR). It’s from 2014 so it has changed somewhat, but the upshot is that they must be fed, but not necessarily with everything they want.

BK should be very careful what he requests...

Just saying.

Bodycam video!

A heavily redacted small portion of the video shows officers clearing parts of the house. The majority takes place outside the house, with Dylan Providing her account of that night.

Nothing graphic.

and yet he broke the ultimate societal 'rule' - 'thou shall not kill'
he also broke many 'rules' in school by harassing women and of course, driving offences
so maybe he's not autistic ...

Bodycam video!

Rough to see the LEO putting up crime tape.

Heartbreaking to know that the roommates and friends were watching this, slowly realizing what crime tape means ... and no ambulances....

Observation, more and more officers but no Murphy. Sweet pup stayed quiet.

No shortage of trauma for everyone...

Life would never be the same.
