I watched Alivea's original TikTok that they're discussing in the Entin clip.I was hoping to read explanations from different members on what Alivea was talking about without watching that video up above. But it looks like, to understand it better, I'm going to have to watch it. I really don't want to.
I believe her main point was to dispel some rumors and/or misinterpretations of the information that's been released. Regarding the "experimental" injuries - investigators explained to her that injuries that would traditionally be "defensive" (cuts to hands etc.) weren't necessarily defensive in this situation. Understandably, she doesn't go into too much detail.
It sounds like, while the gag order and ultimate plea deal were frustrating for the family, Alivea was satisfied with her meeting with the investigators and the information they have, public or otherwise.
