Police say 34-year-old Eric Stagno was walking around naked at the Plaistow gym before settling in on the yoga mats. Officers arrived at the Planet Fitness to find him nude on his knees in a yoga-type position.

In American English, judgement is generally considered a misspelling of judgment for all uses of the word, notwithstanding individual preferences. Planet Fitness signs are spelled Judgement Free, hence I added the (sic). The additional 'e' is never used by legal professionals, but I suppose fitness gyms can do what they want.
