A while back I said I wouldn't believe it, but I'd believe it now if Burke confessed. I don't think he could/should be convicted or charged or anything, but I believe he did the initial blow that eventually caused her death. I am not certain on any other part of his involvement or lack thereof... I lean towards a parent doing the garotte.
But it's strange, seeing him, he's not like his dad. He has an entirely different personality. I think he has problems, but I don't think he's as glib as his dad. Also I think Burke isn't a good liar, and on Dr. Phil it was kind of easy to tell when he lied. So... whatever I said before in this thread, I take it back, I would believe Burke if he confessed to the head wound.
