I sooo agree. Is it really better if no one keeps an eye out and she's unknowingly walked over by park visitors or better that people first scour the area to do all they can to ensure that doesn't happen? LE haven't searched for her for months now...she may have already been trampled by innocent picknickers. I really don't get why people want the search to stop.

There is absolutely no evidence to indicate that Caylee's remains are in the park or any other particular place. Should everyone in Florida freeze in place right now in order to prevent someone from stumbling upon her remains? I hope that's not what you're saying because, IMO, that's the only way she will be found.

What's the difference between the Anthony's making money from this or Padilla? Because one is searching? It's still making money from the death of a 3 year old.

As Chilly Willy said, "If I felt for one minute that his true interest was in finding little Caylee, I'd support his efforts 100%. But I just can't see that as being the case here, he's interested only in making himself famous and in raking in the bucks."

Well, thank you but there are others right here on this thread that share in what I am saying. We want her found badly enough to keep looking. Days off for us are out in the woods, around the ponds and lakes, etc. We also want to expand our group so keep that in mind. I just wanted people to be aware that just because TES pulled the RV out doesn't mean the search has ended. We try to fly under the radar and I'm sure you understand why.

LE has already asked repeatedly that independents do not carry on their own searches to maintain the integrity of the investigation. They have their reasons, don't you think? This isn't a treasure hunt.

That makes sense only if the LE are still searching . They are not.

Any finds, would be the same as accidental findings. They are always questioned. Deeply. So this would be no different.

What is different is that this is a high profile case. If someone else makes a find, they get credit for it. LE are highly territorial about such things. LE didn't want TES, until they realized they were getting a bad rap for their stance.

At this point we are looking for bones. Maybe, maybe there might be evidence in the area around the find. But doubtful. Because of flooding, weather, etc. If nothing was saved from the find, but the proof that the bones would be.. that would end alot of BS in this case.

Well if you would post your bio and calender, then I guess I would know. Before you hit the submit button why don't you change your attitude? We are hear to hash out this case and have our own voices. Even though what I might type doesn't agree with you, it doesn't matter b/c I'm here for me.

I am proof alone. I am a member of the TES team they left here. Continued searches do not need to be in the media. The important thing is we are continuing to search.

Good for you for being out there helping find her! Even if we disagree, you are a hero for taking the time to search for her.

It is important the search continues...which is why most of us support LP being funded to continue it. IMO we don't have to choose LP over TES or anything like that. The bulk of TES have moved on, and rightfully so...TM has said he doesn't think he can find her so I don't get why he doesn't like anyone else trying to find her. I think Tim Miller is a saint and think it's sad he and LP are no longer co-operating. But I also don't think TES or anyone else should have exclusive search rights or should be fighting over who is the better team to search. If this was really only about Caylee, IMO, this public war by TM against LP would just disappear and we would all support any/everyone out there trying to find her.

I'll be searching 3 days this week. There are about 100 of us and we follow TES instructions as they are the experts.

Very few areas were searched compared to the # that were planned so we're going to be busy.

There is an indication from the perp that JB Park is a location where Caylee could be. Also from the grandparents as they mentioned it was one of her favorite places to visit and spent quite a bit of time there. It would make it one of the locations which need to be gone over with a fine toothed comb. The perp mentioned JB Park several times in several conversations in and out of jail. She mentions it during the statement she gave police, the phone conversation with Lee and the jail video visit, too.

The only way she will be found FASTER is if people are looking for her and not if she is left for someone to "stumble" across!

Interesting...I thought Tim said he covered all areas he wanted to while he was here. If they hadn't covered all the areas, why did they call it off before doing so when they had some momentum of volunteers showing up to search?

That is wonderful. I also applaud your efforts.

But, the divers are not going where anyone else will ever go. You aren't covering the same ground.

I think both groups have a place.

The folks who are still out there searching without seeking glory are the true heros in my book. My hat is off to you and those who join you in those searches, B.

I'm so saddened by the way Tim Miller and the TES organization have been villified thanks to LP injecting himself into this case. Now even LE is being condemned. Good job, LP. If you do get lucky enough to accidentally find Caylee will you at least remove your cowboy hat to show respect while you hold her skull up and smile pretty for the cameras?

I'd really like to know how one becomes an 'authorized' searcher as opposed to some 'independent' searcher? If TES uses ordinary citizens as volunteers during their searches, they're really not much more 'professional' than any other search team.


And I am NOT buying that it's better for the integrity of anything if they just decide to wait until somebody happens to stumble upon Caylee's body by accident while out for the day.


LE is NOT out searching themselves so I see NO chance that there could be 'interference!' Having a group of people searching in the woods or in a lake or any other place will NOT prevent LE from conducting their interviews or chasing down any leads they might get.

The ONLY possible 'reason' for LE to jump on this 'don't search for Caylee' bandwagon that I can see is because they still hope that Cindy might start facing reality & maybe get Casey to tell the truth. And frankly, I think we'll see pigs fly before THAT ever happens.

Yeah, but have you found her? And if not, why in the world would you not want others to look for her?? I mean no disrespect to anyone, but this "our searchers are better than their searchers and therefore their search should stop" stuff sounds like kindergarten stuff to me. All that matters is finding Caylee.

I won't comment any further on justifying why TES was called in or why a team is continuing to work. I can comment on the fact that it is for Caylee, that's it. I do not agree that LP should be bargaining his continued efforts for rights to film. One of the first instructions you hear from TES before a search is "NO CAMERA's, NO CAMERA PHONES". Period. What the copters do in the air is not under TES control. They are usually news media looking for something sensational to report. I do not believe that serves any purpose in the effort to find Caylee.

Regardless, you are still spending money which in turns comes from someone else whether its a job, government, etc.

I did vote yes, anything find Caylee.
