This news report from Channel 7 said that Mali was on the bus.
Thanks Marg I found it. Should have searched this thread first rather than 10 000000 MSM articles! This news report from Channel 7 said that Mali was on the bus.
I was sure I read it, but I have waded thru umpteen posts and damn near every weather report ever made about the NE and I can't find it. BUT I am not giving up, so convinced am I that I did read it that she was in the bus awaiaiat.,..there was a diagram of the inside of the bus with this article. I remember that, it showed her in the bus.,I am not sure if she was on the bus at the time either.
The only place I have seen it mentioned is in this Ch7 TV news broadcast posted by @Marg944 further back.
so are we back to my fully itemised crank on about Mali being actually on the bus AT THE TIME OF THIS MURDEROUS EPISODE ?? hmm??Thanks Marg I found it. Should have searched this thread first rather than 10 000000 MSM articles!
I'd like to hear it from the cops thou...............
she was on the bus, dearest Sher. Look into my eyes, and say after me........mali was on the bus..I don't think she was on the bus because the police would have taken her in for questioning and not left her there for 12 hours (it was 12 hours before she fronted up at the police station).
Even if she'd been hiding somewhere in the bus, the police would have found her. I'm sure they would have gone through the bus with a fine tooth comb gathering evidence as soon as it was declared safe to do so.

Sorry Troops, I'm about 50/50 on this one. I know there has only been the one article 7 news that I re-call. Why is no other articles reporting it I wonder?so are we back to my fully itemised crank on about Mali being actually on the bus AT THE TIME OF THIS MURDEROUS EPISODE ?? hmm??
even disagreeing with you , Dr S, is tinged with the flowers of fast approaching spring and the certainty of many more delightful disageements in the future.....Sorry Troops, I'm about 50/50 on this one. Happy to be wrong. One day we will know for sure.
Agree to disagree?
ha ha ... she may have been on the bus but not at the point you think she was dearest Troops.she was on the bus, dearest Sher. Look into my eyes, and say after me........mali was on the bus..
What’s the bus thing? Thought they lived in a “remote farmhouse”.I am not sure if she was on the bus at the time either.
Aww thankseven disagreeing with you , Dr S, is tinged with the flowers of fast approaching spring and the certainty of many more delightful disageements in the future.....![]()
in a bus parked ( or growing into ) on a slab of ground, in the acreage of a remote farmhouse...What’s the bus thing? Thought they lived in a “remote farmhouse”.
I think it was clunked because this is one of the things Mali is in trouble about. No point in arresting her yet, she has a baby to look after, and a school age kid,she is not going anywhere, no money, no passport, ( Dez has that locked away , apparently ) so we wait developments.,Aww thanks
On thinking about this a bit more,I I wonder if the police have asked the media to keep this little fact suppressed & 7 news didn't get the memo???
I still find it WILD if Mali was on the bus at the time & also managed the evade the cops there & than.
I think we have there are two main options here...either Mali was not in the bus and the reporting at the beginning (concerns that she and the kids were hostages) was "wrong" in the sense that info filtering out to the media from police were scant and maybe not as accurate, or she was in the bus and police genuinely didn't know where she was for a significant period of time after the initial shooting.
You know I had this wild thought the other day , what if he has access to police uniforms & mingled in with all the police??
Suspected double cop killer Dezi Freeman previously posed as a firefighter to sneak through emergency police roadblocks to evade detection and defy the law.
'This man thinks he's untouchable,' one former friend told Daily Mail Australia.
'He will try every trick in the book and thrives on bending rules and humiliating government agencies.'
According to the friend, his most brazen stunt came during the Black Summer bushfires of 2020, when whole communities were evacuated and the Mount Buffalo around Porepunkah was under emergency warning as flames tore through the region.
But while thousands were fleeing, Freeman was plotting a way in.
A keen photographer, Freeman became as obsessed with taking photos of the devastation as he was with defying the official keep-out orders.

When stopped at roadblocks, he is alleged to have gone to extraordinary lengths and used his old firefighter's uniform to evade the roadblocks.
Freeman had quit Victoria's volunteer Country Fire Authority in 2014 and should not have kept or worn his uniform in the years afterwards.
'He dressed up as a firefighter, an emergency service worker, during a state of emergency,' his old mate revealed. 'And he got through.'

Sinister way cop killer suspect Dezi Freeman slipped past roadblocks

ETA: if the second option is the correct one, than the next question is how did she get out without being seen and where did she go.
