LambChop - I do totally believe she had "left" and Travis went for a shower to get ready for his conference call, and she snuck back in.

The shower photos IMO are not staged, they appear to be "spying" pics, zoomed in.

I agree with the spying pics, he looks totally shocked in that one, imo he didn't know she was there until that moment. I'm sure she was dressed in her "ninja" outfit, and he didn't even know who it was at first. She's so evil, she's like something from a nightmare. :scared:

When I rewatched Day 6 and JM was having Melendez tell the times on the pics, some were so dark JM turned up the lighting on the projector so he could make out the timestamp. I'm not altogether sure that all the pics have crappy lighting or the flash off, you have to physically change the setting for the flash not to be automatic based on the room lighting (and some pics are only 4 seconds apart), so we may be seeing the projector light having a bigger impact on how these pics look to us.

If you notice during closing the sitting shower pic looks very well lit - all of them may have normal lighting (except for the accidental pics) but the projector's light was turned down and some looked quite dark (or yellowish/reddish). We just won't know until all the original pics are released and we can finally see what's what.

That could very well be, Lambchop. I tend to think if the flash had been off in any of the shower pics, they'd look more like the ceiling photo than just the yellowing or reddish tone we see in some of them. And I believe the projector light played a large part in some looking darker than others because I've gotten screen shots of the same pic and each varies in lighting depending on when they were shown in court.

Yes. He said they had to enhance the pics and that the colors were distorted because of that.

At the time of Jodi's arrest, the BMW was in a garage somewhere in Mesa. (interrogation) And Travis didn't know if he should junk it or repair it or what (I don't remember if Jodi said this in interrogation or trial but she said something like it).
So Travis was still the owner and was probably still paying for insurance for the car and whatever that garage was charging him for any storage fee, unless that garage is just a garage of friend's house.

So I always assumed Travis never sold the car to her, and the $200 payment is for the damages, not the car.
But if he did, how was she going to bring the BMW and Infiniti to Yreka?
She really destroys everything she touches, doesn't she?

Please enlighten me, I don't know how car insurance works in the States.

Since she has been known to "spy" and "stalk"; the chances of probability she snuck are hugh IMO.

I was under the impression that she'd "given the Infiniti back to the bank" after she'd been in Yreka, so that is a good question about how both cars were going to get to Yreka. So this makes me question what proof there is that the car was damaged by her hooking it up to a Uhaul truck AT ALL.

I mean, now you have me thinking that he wasn't even intending to give it to her or sell it to her or anything, and maybe she backed up into it with the uhaul truck or damaged it some other way.

Wish more had been presented on this in court so that we could determine what really did happen with the Uhaul truck--if anything actually even happened.

Also, in the first picture of the headshot before his hair got wet, you can even see a flash coming off his neck. I'm doubting that he didn't see that flash go off. And with it being close enough to flash off his neck, why is it not also flashing off the glass?

Look at the glass behind this guy below. It becomes obvious that the cameraman is in the shower because he can't take this clear of a picture between glass such as what's behind the model.

Also notice how the water droplets are frozen in front of his face. This is a Calvin Klein add. This is what Jodi "claimed" to be going for.

This is true because I got some stills of when JM was adjusting the light on the foot picture, and as he did, it became so much lighter and so much more obvious that it was not her right foot, but her left foot in that picture.

In the US we are required to carry auto insurance for any cars we own. I have full coverage that protects me in every way possible but even if you choose not to get full coverage, you are still required to carry at least minimum liability coverage.

I'm not sure if Jodi is that dumb enough to scam insurance company though. Depending on what really is the story behind the BMW incident, who knows, I wouldn't put it past her in doing something shady like that.

We really don't know how the BMW got damaged AT ALL.
We only know the story told by Jodi and she lies.
We do know Travis texted her to get a job and start paying.
We do know there is one $200 payment from Jodi.
We don't even know if Infiniti was actually repo'd in Mesa.

My question is this- okay- the Infiniti was repo 'd. We know this. The BMW, she ruined/damaged due to hooking it up with a U Haul. The Prius was fairly new- didn't have a permanent plate yet. He did text her to get a job and start paying him. In all the books I read, Travis loved the BMW , but it was too costly, so he got the Prius, citing it being environmentally friendly. (It was Picture Perfect, if I recall that stated this). So, did he let her borrow it or did he sell it to her? Shouldn't there be documents to that effect?

Travis had control over the BMW. If Jodi does not have the BMW, then she has lost control. Once she lost control, she had to gain it back. There was only was one way out. Travis had her 100% figured on the May25/26 texts and Jodi planned her mission.

Which to me, there is something about Daryl and knives when she visited him on her road trip. I wonder if she questioned Daryl/Gus/Matt if a 25 caliber gun will kill a person. Perhaps, that is when the knife back-up came into play, but in reality it became Plan A, not B. :moo:

As for Gus.. Honestly, I think he had issues with TA as the up and coming "star" of the western district of PPL was taking spotlight from him encroaching maybe in his idk territory?? But.. CKJA as all sneaky victim BPD gals used Gus' dislike to her advantage to gain sympathies, place to stay and of course the Helio! I kinda believe Gus' actions after CKJA arrest were self preserving he didn't want to look the fool and fueled by his already adversary inclination to TA posted it to the end so to speak...

Daryl was snowed plain & simple just too close to center of the 'fog storm' to know what was what.. which explains his support thru trial BUT I think once she was out of circulation sitting in a cell I think he started to doubt some things but felt he owed loyalty because it couldn't all be true Riiiiight?? (Hee hee had throw that in)

Matt... whole other bird all together.. I think Matt gave some assistance (besides obvious gas cans) but I want to believe he didn't know real situation again my intuition makes me think CKJA told him some story maybe left something important that she needed to get back or maybe even the camping story why needed gas cans etc He knew something besides time line why she tried to communicate with him and again I think this goes back to a crime/prejudice I mentioned before because JM eluded to Matt when she was on stand several times I think to get her to say something he could use to argue for additional evidence or bring him in as witness idk??

Funny how easily I can get sucked back into this case lol.. It was kind of personal to me as it happened in my town with people who I could have been friends with close to my age but more importantly it involved a woman who was BPD that reminds me so much of 2 women I have had the displeasure to know in my life.

Also.. I really enjoyed meeting such a great group of folks from such diverse backgrounds that for months met daily to watch and post every incredible aspect of this case. All the days we panicked because our preferred live feed wasn't connecting and 10 people would post another link, all the jokes about HLN 3hr coverage of 30 mins of trial, all the creative pics, the uploads of trial video, interviews and of course spending evenings watching interviews on Nancy Grace, Dr Drew and HLN Up all Night and how they got facts wrong!! Lol!

Also, in the first picture of the headshot before his hair got wet, you can even see a flash coming off his neck. I'm doubting that he didn't see that flash go off. And with it being close enough to flash off his neck, why is it not also flashing off the glass?

Isn't the mirror and vanity across from the shower? Could that just be a reflection from the mirror? It was certainly not dark outside with plenty of daylight left during June. jmo
