When Meghan Markle celebrates her 37th birthday next Saturday, she will doubtless be showered with love and gifts from adoring husband Prince Harry and receive the warmest of greetings from other members of the Royal Family, including the Queen.

But 5,495 miles away in Mexico, her devastated father will spend the day nursing a broken heart.

For Thomas Markle today claims in The Mail on Sunday that Meghan has cruelly excised him from her life – and he fears he may never see any children that she and Harry might have.

Different week same story. What are you doing Thomas? You are just digging a deeper and deeper hole for yourself.

I wonder if Mr Markle has sent one private snail mail note, or an I'm sorry I can't walk you down the isle, or a congratulations dear daughter, and Harry, or a wedding gift to his daughter?

Princess Diana would be appalled at the coaxing of the gutter media, and appalled at Mr Markle for taking the bait, the money to bring down his own daughter.

Meghan loves Harry, that is clear. And he really loves her... There is nothing more beautiful that Di would have wanted for her baby boy. That's for sure.

So, what is this? Reality show, Shakespeare edition? The comments in various articles are off the chains! Good lord, let them be in love, I say. It hard enough in this world. The one thing the royals learned from Diana's death, it is profound sorrow, and the importance of love.

Diana would have loathed the way I've been treated': Thomas Markle hits out at Palace for taking 'strained' Meghan away from him... and admits he doesn't care if Prince Harry ever speaks to him again

Princess Diana would have loathed how Meghan and Harry have treated me Thomas Markle | Daily Mail Online

I'm not a hard core royal watcher, but has anyone ever publicly dissed the queen like this:

On the other Royals, he has more mixed views. Of the Queen, he said: 'She can speak to Donald Trump if that's what she'd rather do, though Lord knows why she agreed to meet with that man.'

Then, as if checking himself, he added: 'I have a lot of respect for the Queen. I think she's done a tremendous job maintaining the dignity of the Royal Family in difficult times.'

However, Mr Markle added: 'Who cares these days about a dusty old crown?

Meghan Markle ’s sister fears the Duchess of Sussex has adopted the Royal Family “code of silence” toward their father – and that he will die of sadness if the rift is not healed.

In a heartbreaking plea, Samantha Markle begs Meghan – believed to be off to the US on an unofficial trip in the next fortnight – to take the opportunity to get back in touch with dad Thomas.

She is becoming increasingly concerned by what she says has been a decline in their father’s health since he became estranged from Meghan, 36, after taking part in a staged paparazzi shoot before her May wedding.

Meghan Markle's sister fears father will die of sadness if rift goes unhealed

There is no doubt in my mind these two are working together. It is shameful.

Just got around to reading this one and see he did a nine hour interview with them:eek::eek::eek:
So this might be just the beginning of the stories that come out.

$$$$$$$$$$ everytime they open their mouths about the non existent relationship.

I do not have one either. Maybe I can write about how sad I am that I don’t and get $$$$$$$$$

It looks like Samantha is doing “Celebrity” big brother here in the U.K in August so this situation is going to deteriorate further.

How she is a celebrity I have no idea.

No never not even when Diana died and things were bad with people being angry at the Queen for not immediately flying the flag at 1/2 mast at Buckingham Palace.

Please don't let Meghans family become the next big reality tv shamefest. It does appear quite clear father & step sister have no shame about them.

Hopefully, soon enough, these 2 gaping maws will not be interesting enough for tabloid fodder.

That's what I thought. I've never seen one negative thing said about her. Until now.

And criticizing the Queen just shows how trashy Tom Markle really is or has become, even though he sort of tried to backpedal.

I seem to remember a bunch of people angry at the Queen for not flying the flag at 1/2 mast, declaring it National Diana Day throughout the Empire, and making "Candle in the Wind" the national anthem.

Sorry that I didn't see this sooner, but the Lifetime movie about Harry and Meghan is coming up at 8:00 on Lifetime.

Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance
tonight, 8:00 PM on LIFE 2 hrs 3 min 2018 TV-PG
A film that chronicles the courtship and love story between Prince Harry and his fiancé, Meghan Markle.
I love this movie, even while realizing that it's mostly made up. The girl playing Meghan does a great job with her voice. I've probably seen it 6 or 7 times.

I fear what horrors are being designed and created for Beatrice and the Duchess of York. I also dread the horror that Princess Anne will appear in it will be something awful from the 1970s I bet. I don’t know what happened to Princess Anne she was stunning when she was younger. Then she adopted the loaf of bread hairstyle and her taste in clothing went. Sorry if you are reading this Princess Anne I am sure you are a nice Lady.
LOL at the thought of Princess Anne reading WS.

Our Queen is the mother-in-law of his daughter, she is HIS in-law as well. He should not have commented on her and her role at all. She is 92, he's 74, the Queen is in much better shape than he is, he should respect that. She works year round despite her age, she's never been able to "retire" and relax at home like other people her age.
I'm not a "fan" of MM, but it is really awful to see how her family is trashing her and embarrassing her and her in-laws.

As I keep saying on this forum, MM doesn't know how to deal with relationship breakdowns, conflicts, etc. ( and neither does the rest of her family and father) but I really think this could have been avoided had she spoken to her father. A quick phone call to say, "Dad, this is hurtful and embarrassing. Please stop talking to the press, if you don't it shows a lack of care about me and my marriage, and I will have to end our relationship if you continue breaching my privacy and smearing my name."

She'll get into nasty fights due to her horrible behaviour and attention seeking and hopefully be voted off or kicked off the show and spear us all the torture of having to listen to her and see her green face.

It’s a Catch 22. If Meghan made a quick phone call to ask her Dad to stop talking to the press and told him she’d end their relationship if he doesn’t, he would complain about that to the press immediately. TM has shown himself to be a narcissist who cares only about Tom Markle. All she can do is not feed him ammunition. To use another cliche, she’s caught between a rock and a hard place.
