TMZ reports that Thomas suffered a heart attack six days ago, but had checked himself out of the hospital in order to attend the royal wedding.

Orchestrated by his other daughter, Samantha Markle, he posed for photos that he hoped would show him in a more flattering light.
Why am I not surprised that Samantha had a hand in this! Poor Meghan. If I were Meghan, I’d walk down the aisle by myself. That’s what I did, since I refused to have my alcoholic father at my wedding. Why bring in a substitute? She is an independent woman who doesn’t need to be “given away.”

At first I thought her dad did the photo shoots to have money to spend when over there...but I kept thinking he may be to proud to ask Meghan for spending money, then I thought she would give him money without being asked. Yet, who takes pictures of someone being measured in the front window of store? That is done in a dressing room away from public. It was also pretty late in the time line for her dad to send measurements for a tux. He would be an odd size (tall and plump) not an off the rack up to be altered. Yes, tux could have been made quickly but hey had all this time, why wait to last minute? Something seemed off.
I was wondering why her mom even agreed to talk to Oprah...why take the chance and then get photographed? This happened, mom leaving Oprah’s house with gift bags. Then it got hushed up pretty quick. Oprah is real private too like the Queen, even to the point of being rude at times. O knew what the royal family guidelines/rules etc were. O should have waited until after the wedding.
Mom should have known better. I am still wondering why mom is not in England yet! Is she really going?
I can see Meghan never coming back to visit anyone in her family. She cannot trust any family and some old friends to stay quiet. They all appear to want fame and of course money.
Hopefully mom will listen and behave so she can attend the wedding.
Harry will protect Meghan as much as he can and the royal family for the most part will rally around her....she needs to be Leary of Duke of York, Fergie for sure.
Meghan can walk down the aisle by herself, maybe with mom, Prince Charles....or even Prince Harry....this wedding is different in many ways.
With all the drama, no matter how strong Meghan is, I hope her day is very special, peaceful and fun for her and Harry.
As for Samatha and her brother...they are trouble makers, jealous, and caused a lot of the problems just like they wanted to.
No wonder both PH and Meghan did not invite friends and family....they knew which ones talk to much...one they just are not close too....it’s their day.....PH old flame needs to move on, she is not special.
I intend to pull an all nighter in my pjs, paper crown, with one can of Coke and bottles of water with my Subway steak and cheese sandwich 3am snack. Everyone else will be sleeping. I cannot wait to see how close some people came to picking out her dress, her tiara, what Harry wears, and everything else....were we good sleuths or not? Wait and see!
