I need help please.

It appears that 21 members are the max allowed in the convos. If someone you invited does not participate, there is a leave conversation button. I assumed that meant once they left, they would come off the list and you could invite others to join. But I'm not seeing that happen?

Mods could you please explain how the Private Conversations work?

Hi @Knox

Here I am dredging up a 3 year old thread. Did you ever find out how this works? I’ve had folks say they have left a private convo but still appear in the group list. They say on their end they don’t see the convo any longer. I actually tested this myself and it was true. I wish there was notification when someone left a group and their name would also be removed.

If mods are reading - it would also be good if we could invite someone and they could accept or decline. As it seems now, I add them and they are in there, whether they wanted to be or not. (I have learned to send a separate msg before inviting folks, but an invite accept / decline feature would be so helpful, IMO.)

I was searching for details on PCs as I’m in one that someone may have left but they still show up in the list. So not sure if they are still lurking, or are really gone, and I don’t want to be rude and ask. That is how I found this old thread.

Just ask them.
Everyone's pretty cool.
I agree, an accept/decline button and a leave the group button would be LOVELY additions.

I would just report one of these posts and ask a mod if It can be changed. I agree that there needs to be a way to see who has left so you can add someone else. And accept/decline would be great.

I don’t want to report a private convo. I actually avoid reporting anything, ever.

I did find this:

If the "invite more" option isn't there for the originator of the conversation then I'm not aware of anything else that can be done. When someone leaves a conversation they have the option to accept any future messages, so just because they've left doesn't necessarily mean they don't keep receiving messages. So I assume that is why when someone leaves they aren't fully gone from the participant list.
