But having you just been going on about MJ and the "whole" TES records and how sympathetic the judge is to the defense's request to see ALL the records? (which he isn't actually)

Now I am confused.

The judge has not ruled on this motion for all the records that I know of. He gave Tes a continuation.

In doing so, he may have stopped the defense from being able to comply with the order to show substantial evidence by Feb 1st. The judge knowing this may have reset the discovery for this week. This was all just speculation on my part.

Further I speculated that perhaps Tes gave those records to Le and therre is something in there that has caused this new motion. All speculation on my part.

I don't see the Judge being simpathetic to anyone. He may rule that Tes has to give all their records to the court. Hope that helps. Moo

Actually, no he wouldn't. I know it's crappy and seems totally morally and ethically wrong. But if KC did inform JB of where the body was located he was under no obligation to report such information.

However, that being said, he is NOT allowed legally to tamper with, move, or otherwise obstruct the finding of the remains. Or instruct another third party to inform HIM INSTEAD OF LE of the discovery of said remains.

The only instance in which an attorney is required by law to report information they receive via their client is if there is an IMPENDING commitment of a crime. In that instance an attorney is not BOUND by A/C privilege.

I know it sucks, but unfortunately it is what it is.

So NTS, what you are saying is that because TES has not released ALL of their records, and from back posts because it appears the FBI has not yet released approximately 10% of their findings, (not 10% of all evidence from SA so far) - that for these reasons the Defense is unable to come up with a witness list at all?
Because JS didn't ask them to provide their full and final witness list - just what they have ready at present - which seems to be- based on their production - to be ZIP.

As an example, SA's witness appears fairly lengthy - and I assume they also will continue to add witnesses from the 10% missing referenced above.

Also, schools here were already on summer break. No buses.
My kids school here in CFL got security camera's at the beginning of this school year.

Yeah I was just pointing out if they went to the end of the street to turn around, it would be caught on camera if a camera was there. It is a main entry point into the school. As far as I know, there are no cameras there.

If KC did inform Baez on where Caylee's remains were and he doesn't have to inform anyone, can he then go on to implicate an innocent person, if he knows of his clients guilt (obvious if she knew where the remains were she must be the guilty one)? As he's doing with RK? He's trying to make him look like a suspect, even as LE checked into his background, took a LDT and has not been deemed anything more than the person who alerted them to Caylee's remains..

Can someone give me some help on a question I have? Because it is my understanding that the SA and the OCSD are not obligated to give information on all the evidence they have been digging at, but to only give us the evidence they have verified to be true.

In other words, it's my understanding they don't need to tell us about leads they've investigated that don't come to anything. Is that true?

So we can puzzle and puzzle as nts has done, without knowing if this information has been investigated and discarded as having no value?

The child screaming was a special needs child which was reported as having been checked out by police. Plus why would Oct 9th be an issue? Normal life goes on, does not mean it is suspicious.

Not all buses have cameras and not all buses with cameras are hooked up. And what would seeing a car prove? I would think there is a lot of traffic on that road because of the school. Plus there are innocent children on the bus and the public has no right to view them just because we want to see what could be on them. JMO

Let me first say that I do not agree with what JB is doing in regards to RK. It's one thing to gather evidence to use at trial but it's another to smear someone's reputation in the court of public opinion. He needs to do as the SA is doing and not release tidbits to the media. He needs to shut up and try the case in court.

All that being said, JB isn't doing anything illegal in regards to his (in my opinion) abhorrent smear of RK. As LONG AS HE DIDN'T TAMPER WITH EVIDENCE TO FRAME RK. He's defending his client (even if he KNOWS she's guilty). He's doing his job. Although I think it's distasteful how he's mouthing off to the court of public opinion rather than saving all his "reasonable" doubt for the courtroom.

And please let me clarify before some pro defense folks jump on me. The SA is NOT leaking information. Due to the FL sunshine laws information is being released to the media due to a media records request. You have NEVER once seen the SA stand on the courthouse steps and mouth off to the media. They keep their comments to "We have no comment". And in my opinion this case would have been much different if JB & Company including the A's had followed in the footsteps of the SA.

I don't understand. The police verified who was doing the yelling how would they know whether the body would be found 2 months later. They went to the school and it was explained to them that it was a child who did not want to go back into the school. Obviously the person pointing pointed in the correct direction because the police ended up at the school. So I'm not sure what exactly you are trying to say?

Not all buses in OC have videos. Maybe none have videos. Bus videos focus on the students setting in the bus. Little if anything can be seen outside the bus.

School videos would focus on the school grounds. The street is rather to far to be monitored by cameras. Doubt we would find anything from the school cameras as well.
