OK, I don't think it has to do with the Z Myspace page, mostly because (as I explained on that thread), I think I have identified a minor child in Miami who is likely the actual owner of that page.

But this would be a good example of something that you would want to keep secret from the defense during the course of investigation, in case KC really did create that page and gets someone on her "team" or family to interfere with the investigation. For example, there might be sudden logon activity from New York or Puerto Rico.

I must admit, I am just having a little fun. Not a sleuthy thing to do, I suppose.

I don't believe it is the myspace either, as I've pretty much been convinced it is just an odd coincidence.

Neither do I have any concrete idea as to what the motion pertains to. All I really think is that it pertains in some way to the defense team.

There is no way to PROVE it wasn't there, unless there are dated & certified photographs showing the exact location...and those don't exist. They can provide statements from searchers stating they did not FIND anything, but they can't certify it wasn't there.

One more thing gets me about the "it wasn't there" argument. These searchers were looking day after day, foot by foot, at the same thing, over and over again. Undergrowth, bushes, trees, dirt, mud, standing water, and more of the same. I can see how things could get missed. Amateur searchers looking for a body in the bushes, and when they started searching she was probably already a skeleton. It is easy to see how they could search the area and miss that exact spot.

You bring up a very important point! Caylee's picture had been in the news, on flyers and posters day after day. Amateur searchers were looking for a body, something they could easily recognize and identify as a human child. By the time people were out searching the area around Suburban, Caylee's remains had decomposed a lot and wouldn't be recognizable to those amateurs.

BBM - I wonder about this as well. Maybe DC did find something (ie. tiffany ring) and gave it to Cindy.

Or...did we hear anything more about the cross necklace's that were purchased at JC Penny?

....the elusive other phone the Black Jack?

....the clothes that she was wearing (the ones KC told TP about)?

....incisor tooth? (yeah I'm reachin')

:crossfingers:

If you want my opinion - and not saying that you do - I think it might be connected to the recent (and lame) activity on the zenaida myspace page.

But then again it could be almost anything.

I dunno JWG - that's been pretty ripped apart and chucked away on several other very reputable sites hasn't it?
And why would SA want to withhold that from the public? It wasn't even a blip on the evidence charts IMO.

I wanted to find NTS original post that someone else quoted but couldn't find it. Specifically: "I did note that Mn fired back at the defense last night saying the motion is wrong and the defense is wrong. He talked a big game last time too, until he got in front of the Judge, then he said of course your honor, we will turn over the 32 records."

I assume MN is the A's exlawyer? Where was he talking about this motion? Was it NG? Just wondering in case I'm able to catch a rerun this weekend..

Yes, Mark Nejame and he was talking about the defense again asking for ALL of the TES records.

They pointed North West, not North East to the school. Its in the police report. Nothing funny about it to me. Moo

You know what? If I pointed northwest right now, I would be pointing at my bookshelf, my kitchen, the grocery store, Russia, and the Big Dipper.

I wonder if Mn disclosed records to Le to head off the defense at the pass. Perhaps there were records at Tes. Perhaps someone wrote down information during search and filled it out on a tes card. Perhaps they wrote down Disney bag or something close to the body, but did not see a body.

There were indeed people that searched that area and were Tes volunteers and did fill out Tes info cards. Perhaps they took pictures. I think it is possible that a new witness is one of the searchers. Mooo

HTH. :gift:

Yeah, just look at me. :fight:

:woohoo:

The next time Mr. Bogeygal asks me where his keys, coat, cell phone, etc. is, I'm going to point to the Northwest! Thanks for the laughs Soju!

Is it just me...or has the whole mood of this case just nose-dived into the sinister?

In the interest of public sanity.......I hope there is more to come in the next year. If not.......I anticipate a mad rush of enrollments in the legal, forensic, and mental health fields. We will require this stimulus in the absence of anything new to "sleuth".

wow....i cant believe i started a thread....and its still going

I thought it all started that way on Day 31 IMO and has not surfaced since.

i hear ya....however in the beginning...we all hoped for a good turnout.... hoped to believe in the grandparents love for their granddaughter...its one thing to follow a case where a mother has murdered her daughter....its happened before...but I don't believe I have ever witnessed a case where the grandparents were as complicit in the evil as well...
