Q & A ABOUT THE CASE**ask a question, leave an answer**NO DISCUSSION**#2

I want to know if Ron got his cross/chain back. Can anybody get a close up of it from the UC videos, I've always thought it was a memorial cross.

Actually, no. it was not. Ronald had that cross on before HALEIGH WENT MISSING. Look at the pics of them fishing together. He had the cross on then.

Is it true that Ron was supposed to be having a meeting with DCF coming up within a few days of Haleigh going "missing"? Also, is it true that if Haleigh was late for school or missed another day-RC was going to be in trouble w/ school and DHS? Was he in danger of losing custody (at least, in his mind) of Haleigh? TIA

Does anyone know if FDLE confiscated Ron's new truck after the drug bust? Didn't he transport illegal drugs in the truck in at least one of the drug sales?

Does anyone know where the information can be found about the dirty clothes being in the dryer the night Haleigh disappeared?

Misty describes how they dropped Jr off at daycare before they went to this drug deal. Does anyone know whether they can have further charges made for child endangerment, given that Jr had to have been in the vehicle, not to mention at the home, where drugs were being sorted into baggies.

And, what about the transaction that took place near the school? Will additional charges be brought for that, also?

And wouldn't daycare be considered a "school" under the stiffer drug penalties?

Are TN and GGMS allowed to visit Butterbean, and if so do they? Where do they visit with him? How is he at this point?

1. Does anyone have a link for what TN's alibi is for late afternoon/evening of 2/9/2009 up to the time of the 911 call?

2. Any links to info around about what was in the van? Misty claims her blanket was in the van when LE took it but is that it, or were her other belongings in the van also? If she had been thrown out of the MH and took her things with her did she store them in the van until she came home, then remove everything but the blanket?

3. Where is the blanket that was supposedly in the van? Have all blankets been accounted for or is one (or more) missing?

4. What is Timmy's alibi for 2/9/2009 til the time of the 911 call? Chelsea says he was home in bed on meds for pain from an accident but we did not hear that account til quite recently. Had Chelsea mentioned this early and I missed it?

idk if ron was going to be having a meeting with dcf within a few days of haleighs going missing but if he was i don't believe it would have been due to haleigh's absences. imo this was propaganda put out there by the sheffield's in their bid for custody. and can't recall if RC even addressed the accusation. i believe this based on the following research.

this is a link to haleigh's attendance records. http://www.artharris.com/docs/haleigh-absent.pdf

according to these records haleigh had a total of 22 absences for the school year, some excused, some unexcused and multiple tardies. she did not have the 31 absences that crystal and her attorney repeatedly touted on television. i personally find it a show of their character that they either didn't even look at the records -- or in the alternative, intentionally mislead the public -- because it's obvious from looking a the record that 9 of the absences included in their 31 tally were from after she went missing.

couple the above link with this link to florida's statutes regarding truancy: http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes...y_Statute&Search_String=&URL=Ch1003/Sec27.HTM

according to this, truancy is defined as "15 unexcused absences in a period of 90 calendar days." at the time haleigh went missing she had accumulated 8 unexcused absences in the previous 90 period.

does anyone know what CS's visitation schedule was with HC and RCjr.

I would think that would be up to Crystal (custodial parent) unless it was somehow included in the temporary custody orders. Judging from what I've seen of Crystal, including pictures of her hugging Theresa and how she always included Ron in her public pleas for Haleigh's safe return, I wouldn't think it would be a problem and especially if Junior asks to see them.

ETA: I wanted to add this link and quote. I have no idea when it was written. I have also read that there are exceptions where the grandparents may go to court and prove that visitation is in the best interest of the child, but reportedly, it is a heavy burden.

FLORIDA: The Florida Supreme Court has ruled the Florida statute providing grandparental visitation unconstitutional, and the Florida Legislature has not adopted an alternative statute.

IMO - NO. I think his mysp indicates he likes playing MafiaWars game on the social networks.

i'm going to have to respectfully disagree with this reply to the question of whether or not JO had an affilliation with a national gang (btw u dide some awesome sleuthing on the CR thread).

if you go to JO's myspace (last logon 12/18/8). he has 4 friends including his sister and "tom". click on his friend holding the gun and throwing a gang sign. it shows his profile as private but if you click on his profile pic it will bring up his two photo albums and these pics do not depict people that are gangsta wanna-be's. these are gangsta's imo. i guess i'm going with the "birds of a feather" theory.

Well, it looked like the day was originally marked as "U" (unexcused absence) but rubbed out to say "." (present).

It may be an honest mistake by a school official but it would certainly be appreciated if somebody would explain it.

maybe i'm just not suspicious enought (lol) but i blew it up to 400% and it didn't appear to me to be rubbed out or corrected. it just looked like a poor quality printer or reproduction. if you look at the "." on january 8th, it has the same type of marking. also, on the "." on october 7th, same thing. but that's just my opinion.

I know that AS father was a LE officer before he died. Does any one know if RC, currently has a cousin in LE in Putnam County, with the same last name as Annette's father?

Putnam County School Board's Policies on Student Attendance would apply.

http://www.putnamschools.org/board/board_policy/Policy Chapter 5.00/Policy 5.04.pdf

Highlights - 504

VI. B - 5 unexcused absences in a calendar month or 10 unexcused absenses in 90 calendar days parent must attend child study team meeting.

VII. D - 3 tardies equals one absence.

VII E - Regular attendance is defined as 27 days out of each 30 day grading period and 40 days out of each 45 day grading period.

Haleigh had 13 unexcused absences and 8 excused. In the month of November, she had 5 unexcused absences. From October thru December she had 9 unexcused plus 6 tardies that would equal 2 unexcused absences for a total of 11 unexcused absences in a 90 day period.

No misrepresentation going on by either Crystal or Attorney. Attendance record clearly has 31 days as Haleigh being absent/and or late. They may not have had the record in their pressence but may have been told. Either way, it is obvious rc did not have her education as a priority, no matter what those number are 22 or 31...equally bad...considering this was only half the school year.

does anyone know what CS's visitation schedule was with HC and RCjr.

6:00PM Fri to 6:00pm Sun every other week. Children were picked up and returned at a McDonald's or similar outside meeting place, since rc would not let anyone to know where he lived.

okay. so he may have been looking at attending a child study team meeting but still not a dcf investigation.

according to the link it applies to students age 6-16. would she have still be included (even though she was 5) by virtue of being enrolled in school?
