Did JO dispose of his clothes on the way home to Tenn? Is there a link to where this info can be found?

As far as I know, this information came from Leonard P during the Shell Harbor search. He said that Joe disposed of some of this clothes at a service station or convenience store on his trip home to TN. LP also said LE had obtained those clothes. He may have said it on one of Levi's shows.

OK, nothing from LE though. I will consider it if it comes from a reliable source but TY SoSueMe for responding.

If anyone can provide a link to LE, JO or JO's attorney talking about these clothes, I would appreciate it.

Any news of the Sheffields, Griffis (sp) or little Butterbean? I hope when he goes to school there won't be whispers about what happened. If he were my child I'd move away, change our names and start over. People being what they are will never let him forget it and he deserves to lead as normal a life as possible. I keep seeing references to Lindsy being at the MH that night, and that she ate dinner with Misty and the children. I haven't posted much recently, but still check the news frequently, and haven't seen mention of this anywhere, but message boards etc.

I was just wondering where this information came from? Did Lindsy say this in one of the calls/visits with Tommy? Did LE release this information? Just curious where this came from.

4. I'm not sure what the law is down there, however, is it EVER LEGAL, to allow, let's see now, five (5) drug users to live in YOUR home AROUND YOUR CHILDREN? Let's count them: Hank, Jr. (her husband), Hank, Sr. (her f/i/l, Lisa, her m/i/l, Misty, her s/i/l, and, of course, Nay Nay, (a friend of Mistys.)

You may, of course, throw all the tomatos you want. However, this woman is not a little innocent!

I can't answer #1 or #2, but as for #3, she didn't knowingly accept the stolen goods, she found them and reported them. They could not prove in court that she knowingly received them at the time they were brought to her house, or money exchanged for them.
#4... that would be a matter for DCF to investigate. It gets a little tricky when it's family. As long as the children were not harmed physically... not much they could do about it.

I was wondering the same thing. According to BNN there are some new audio tapes available. They have to be requested, and purchased (at a nominal fee) but it seems no media outlet has shown much interest.

There seems to be some confusion about whether only media can purchase these, or if anyone can. In any event, it looks as if the BNN forum members are trying to raise some cash as well as get an email writing campaign into various florida media outlets to try and get hold of these tapes.

How would anyone know if JO dumped some clothes enroute to TN? It's not likely that he would have told LE this fact, as it looks bad on him.

Did he tell his travelling companion that he was getting rid of clothes/evidence? That's not likely either. I guess there is a possibility that employees of the service station/convenience store noticed the clothes and notified LE.

How did LP know they found clothes? Could be that it's just a rumour.

I thought he was sentenced to time served and a fine.

In fact, I was going to ask the question if the "time served" could be used more than once, or does it clean the slate?

In other words, if he was sentenced to say, 5 years on the drug charges, would he have no time served left, as he had used it all up (as it were) on the grand theft charges.

That was a different grand theft charge.
The one I am referring to involves theft from his Tyler St. neighbors, it has been said Misty ratted him out after their drug trafficking arrests, he wasn't charged until after his arrest.

I don't know the answer to your time served question-sorry!

Also, I haven't seen any documents finalizing Tommy and Lindsy's divorce.

Again, why isn't LC in jail for receiving stolen property (that Tommy stole.) Why aren't her children placed with a normal, stable family? She let those children be around drug users, dealers, etc. (HC,LC,MC,TC,RC,NN) I mean she let all of them, except RC live in her home.

Not only is LE wacked out but so is Child Services. Can no one in that part of FL do anything right? :banghead:

Why can't one of the players in this case have their attorney contact the media, set up an interview or something and just spill it to the world? Is that possible?

It depends if the judge sentences concurrently or consectutively. Most sentence concurrently unless the crime is heinous. So if it is concurrently, he will get credit for the time in county jail on all of his charges.

2. When was the last ground search for Haleigh? Have they planned more?

Why isn't Lindsay Croslin in jail for receiving stolen property, (the property she immediately showed the police when they went to her her house and she showed them exactly where they were? The things that her husband had stolen.) She knew exactly where they were in her house.

Why isn't Lindsay Croslin in jail for allowing her children to live in a MH with all the drug dealers, drug addicts, et al.

I am really sorry for repeating this over and over, however, I really would like an answer, and I believe it is strange that so many people support her and will not answer the important questions!
