I read that a relative visited the home the evening that Haleigh went missing, and confirmed that Haleigh was there that evening. Do we know who that relative is?

The 499 one is a prescription drug violation, usually in his age bracket oxycontin or zanex related. It has to do with not carrying them in the marked bottle that the prescription came in.

The 569 one is usually tobacco purchase related. Misrepresenting age or military status to obtain tobacco.

The 322 one is a license violation. It could range from driving a mobile crane with airbrakes without a CDL to driving alone with just a drivers permit.

My question is "Can we please have a rant thread" ? Because I just read todays news and saw where Marie G. (maternal grandmother) is quoted as saying "I just knew this was going to fester and explode", regarding the tension between the bio mother & family and RC & family. I want to rant about her saying that! I would like to say to MG "Gee ya thought it was going to explode huh? YOU put the match underneath it all!"

Yes know all about JO (and his ms) gf's cousin who's confirmed to have been there on a two-week visit. I was asking who it was if anyone who's alledged to have accompanied him--traveled W JO--from TN. Ok here's my question.

On RC's "rap sheet" most of the time the offense/charge number is listed and then an explanation of what that charge is follows. exp. 0893.13.6A Poss Contr Subst

Well there are 3 different charges on his rap sheet where there is NO explanation of what it is - just the number.

I have googled everything from just the number to Florida State Penal Code and I can't get anything.

The three are:

0499.03
0569.11.1
0322.16 (I think this might be a traffic viol)

I've been looking for the 0569.11.1 and the only thing that comes up on a google search is US - Websleuths - the post that contains RC's rap sheet with that number!!! lol

How can I find out what those charges/offenses are?

You need to change the year to the year in question then press "GO". Then you click on the chapter in reference and look up the individual statute under that specific chapter. I posted the descriptions on the Geraldo show thread dated 2/22. Maybe I should put this link in the docs & links thread?

Sorry don't know how to post a link....on the bus stop thread Catch22 posted a link of a video of Ron on Nancy Grace it sounds like one of his first interviews but anyway, in the video you can clearly hear a dog barking...it sounds like a little dog and someone keeps hushing it when it barks. It sounds like it is right there with Ron.

MY QUESTION(which I posted over in the bus stop thread) is did Ron and Misti have a dog? Are there any pics on myspace of them with a dog?

I have been doing a little research on Turner's Syndrome this morning. I have found a lot of differing treatments for it.

I am wondering if some of Ron's drug charges have stemmed from someone calling LE with info that he had drugs on him and he was charged, later dropping the charges when he proved it was Haleigh's medication and he was the custodial parent, therefore allowed to have them in his possession?

I wasn't sure where to put this question, so I am putting it in 2 different places.

Please anyone, do we know for certain if and name of whomever it was cousin may have been traveling w from TN? Has that been confirmed to be Brandon or do we know any more about him?
