HLN just discussed the FBI CARD teams (Child Abduction Rapid Deployment)... do you know if they were ever deployed to KC? thx.

According to retired FBI Special Agent Michael Tabman, infant kidnappings are very rare, and there is generally a successful conclusion, and the baby is found and returned unharmed.
