Random Thoughts and Discussion Ideas#6 About the Case

As for CA's crying. A front for the camera, she was crying for herself, that the image she built from lies was beginning to crack.

Snipped

Thanks for saying that. I also think she was fake crying to try to guilt KC into feeling bad, but you can't make someone who lacks human emotions feel guilty.
I found that video so creepy, because KC was actually getting off on the fact that Cindy was upset. It furthered my belief that hating cindy was one of the many reasons she killed Caylee.
Shirley P, who is sharp as a tack had it right. She did hate cindy more than she loved Caylee.

The words AND the way that they are spoken! I had more concern, fear, and anxiety in my voice the last time my cat got out of the house than these people do over a supposed missing child! GMAB!

Oh well, you know how you feel when you lose your car keys or something. :banghead: (As said on LKL.)

ITA! CA should be threatening to wring KC's neck, but instead she is calling her sweetheart and molly-coddling her! Makes me ill! :furious:

The way cindy calls people sweetheart and honey is actually very condescending. She isn't saying it because she's good people (far from it) .. she's saying it because she looks down on everyone.

Random thoughts are invading my mind this A.M. For some reason, I am particularly bothered this morning by this exchange between KC and CA.

1) KC - "You don't know what my involvement is in stuff?"
CA - "KC!"
KC - "Mom!"
CA - "What?"
KC - "No!"
CA - "I don't know what your involvement is, sweetheart! You're not
telling me where she's at!"
KC - "Because I don't 🤬🤬🤬king know where she's at! Are you kidding me?"

This exchange has always bothered me somewhat, but the longer this goes, and the more information that is released, it bothers me more and more every time I listen to it. The tones and vocal inflections that each of them has is particularly bothersome. going back to the beginning is always refreshing for me and helps put things in perspective. With each new doc dump, I try to go back to certain things from the beginning and see how they look now with the new info. Listening to this first phone call from jail is even more disturbing now than it was originally. And, it was pretty bad the first time I heard it! But, now, it sends chills up my spine listening to the coldness in the voices of CA and KC. They seem to be oblivious to the fact that there is a small child missing. CA seems proud of her "cameos" and gets angry at KC and can be heard in the background saying to Lee that she isn't going to talk to KC if she is just going to yell at her like that! WHAT? Cuz CA's feelings are the most important thing at that moment in time! And as to KC, she really only cares about getting TonE's phone number so she can sit and talk with him! GMAB! This makes me wonder if, in the video where CA is crying and KC comes out smiling and asks why she is crying already, if CA is crying for Caylee or KC. I have always assumed that she was crying over the stress of the baby being missing and frustration that KC wasn't being honest, but now, I think she was just crying because her KC was still locked up. Which makes me wonder, how long has CA known about what really
happened to Caylee?

My interpretation listening to that exchange was that Casey was angry :furious:(at her mom,and LE for arresting her on a whim :behindbar) and Cindy's tone of voice towards Casey showed she was trying to placate her.
IMO Cindy was trying to calm Casey down but Casey was having none of that..she was only interested in contacting TL, her relationship with TL was of more importance and concern to her than anything else..:(

This is one of many random thoughts wracking my brain today:

What IF, Caylee was killed in the A home on the night of 6/15 or morning of 6/16, probably in KC's room. A sudden burst of anger from KC due to the fighting between her and CA. KC realizes that Caylee is gone and goes and gets CA. "Look what happened! If you hadn't been so mean to me, none of this would have ever happened!" Of course, it isn't KC's fault! Nothing ever is! CA has now "lost one of her girls, and doesn't want to lose the other", so she sends KC away. Time is needed to hatch a plan and put it into action. KC leaves and CA and GA are now moving bushes and laying down lime. KC is "working" and Caylee is "with the Nanny". It does seem that there was more talk of the nanny during the 31 days than there ever had been before. How many friends and associates were now getting regular updates about the on-going activities of Caylee and Zanny? (At the beach, at Disney park ) But the A's weren't counting on the car being towed! Remember CA asking KC "Why didn't she go get the car?" ? A subtle way of asking "Why didn't YOU go get the car?"? Sorry! I know many here have probably already sorted through this scenario themselves, but it just seems to be screaming in my head right now that this may actually be how things went down.

CA would of NEVER have made that 911 call, never would of said "it smells like a dead body in the damn car", never have posted the "wheres caylee" blog.

As much as we all want to make CA into a monster... I don't believe she would of known from the beginning that Caylee had been murdered and turned a blind eye to it. CA did not realize Caylee was in danger until all of her attempts to see her failed. (July 15)

I respectfully disagree. I think the As knew much sooner than that. When they smelled the car, they knew. GA gave a bit of that away when he made the statement (paraphrasing here) that he was hoping that when they opened the trunk at Johnson's that Caylee wouldn't be in there. I think he tried to mitigate it by including KC in that statement. He put his nose in the stain! They knew. And IMO, they took steps.........MOO

The voice of reason. That's what is always done to me when I start thinkin about all this. I just don't know. I would still like to know when/what/where all the A's were brought into all this. I know for a "fact" that I wouldn't have moved the car from the tow yard. Nope---dumb stunt if they didn't just want to take the car and do something with it. Get it out of the Tow yard---then what? Clean it? What for? Did they call 911 about a stolen car because they needed to cover their azzes? There was a reason why GA called about the gas cans. Why did they want that on record? I just can't grab all this.

Yup---in his statement to LE he said he hoped his Caylee wasn't in the trunk---then when he was talkin to the FBI, he added KC.

One of the things that bothers me about kc is her HONESTLY. Honestly this and Honestly that, honestly, honestly, honestly. When I hear that I get the heebie geebies.

If you go back to the month of the 31 days---the A's were doing their own investigation into what KC was "into".

They already knew that KC didn't have a job. GA said in one of the interviews that he had gone and checked the places they thought she was workin.

They knew she was hidding from them---excuses about them not seeing Caylee.

They sent LA to look for her.

Why were they looking for her? Was it because of what went down with the big fight? Was it pics they found that looked shady? Were they gittin phone calls from peeps telling them tidbits? Something went down that we have yet to have knowledge about.

Yep! "No red flags" is such a crock. They knew something bad had happened.

And how about "Absolutely". When she uses those two words, "honestly" and "absolutely", it's a "tell". She is lying, or about to lie.

Agree! I'm just getting some weird vibes lately about all of this! I mean, who else has ever started a foundation so quickly? And usually, the family is so distraught and asking for any and all help, but not in this case. I think there actually was a "script" and the entire A clan has been trying to follow it through from day 31! It makes me a little queasy to have the thoughts that are popping in my head so I go back and read and listen to the first things that happened. Problem is, this is only making me feel that these awful things I am thinking may very well be true instead of dispelling them!
Oh yeah, I agree there was a "script" from very early on. Cindy said she had been thinking of starting a "foundation" since September. I went back over Jesse's Sept interview (it was the first week in September) and it's then that he tells LE that multiple sources had informed him that Cindy and Casey were meeting with Jose to lay out a "Jesse killed Caylee" scenario. They were telling Jose that Jesse had access to Casey's car and a set of keys and even went so far as to suggest he drowned her in the family pool. So, this "meeting" had to happen sometime in August right after Casey got bonded out the first time. If you go back and look at some of the media clips from that time frame, Cindy and company were all about advertising a "Caylee is alive" campaign, complete with sightings, tips, etc...

Get out of my brain! I have barely enough cells in there for myself.

You have really been giving this some thought and came up with some excellent points. I like the way you think.

bbm:

The voice of reason. Very good observation Mama. You don't need a nap :) .

Most of us can't fathom either by choice or our life experiences a mother committing the atrocities CA/KC have. Our brain tells us we can't accept the evil these two could or did do. The evil is KC murdered Caylee and CA knows it. We want an explanation we can understand.

We want to feel the explanation. Sometimes being objective rather than emotional to the situation, it suddenly becomes very clear that there are other mothers out there who do not have the moral codes we have and could have very well committed murder without batting a eye and initiating a coverup to "save" the murderer.

It is what it is. CA and KC are who they are. And nothing will change the fact that Caylee was murdered because of jealous and hatred by KC and CA.

ITA And taking it a step farther-If their plan had worked and JG had been charged with Caylee's murder and perhaps gotten the death penalty-KC would be responsible for 2 innocent lives lost! And Cindy is absolutely no better than her daughter! To my mind, to knowingly send an innocent person to deathrow is murder also!:furious:

The way cindy calls people sweetheart and honey is actually very condescending. She isn't saying it because she's good people (far from it) .. she's saying it because she looks down on everyone.

I agree, but not quite as condescending as when she has to tell them they aren't a 10!

I completely agree! And, they both sounded sooooo inappropriate for the occasion! JMO.

See, this is how my thoughts have been for the past year. But for the phone call to 911 by CA, how long would that baby have been "missing" before anyone knew? I remember the first night this broke on national news and they were playing the 911 call of CA's and thinking "Wow! That gma must have loved that baby so much to have called the police on her own daughter!" And then, after hearing KC talking to the 911 operator saying that Caylee had been missing for 31 days, I immediately thought that she had done something to her daughter. Now, a year later and many doc dumps later, I'm not sure that everything is as it seems. Though I commended CA at first for starting the ball rolling on finding Caylee, her actions since then have left me puzzled and dismayed. They also leave me asking "Why?" Why all the inconsistencies? Why all the anger towards LE/FBI/TM and anyone else who tried to help search for Caylee? Why all the insistence that she was alive, but then no real help towards looking for her? Why no outcry for the kidnapper or killer to be brought to justice? Why not just be quiet, stay out of the cameras and let LE do their job? Too many questions, not enough answers.
