My rant was that there were not going to be any doc dumps today due to MLK day and then I said probably no more tomorrow because of Inauguration day (even had to look up how to spell Inauguration correctly) and then i am deleted. Though I respect all mods, I love this forum...it was still my point/rant.
AND...one more thing...my visiting daughter hijacked the TV for stupid Bachelor, missed NG, caused a big fight with me and DH....made me feel guilty for following this....another rant!

It's ridiculous to me that this case will probably not go to trial for a year or two. That seems like a crime in and of itself to me. That's just so disturbing to me! And it really seems that length of time would be quite favorible for the defense!
Will little Caylee ever get justice!??? Or be able to rest in peace!???

My rant for the day: I hoped to hear JB was ready to release Caylee for a proper burial or cremation today. I am angry she is STILL being held hostage by JB who has his "grand" job n all. He needs to be jolted into reality that this is a beautiful child who laid for six months in a field after being tossed away like trash and deserves the dignity she is being denied by him!! I am sickened by the fact her alleged killer's defense has control of her precious remains and can deny her this one last gesture for as long as they choose!! This should be changed legally!! GRRRR! :furious:

Why hasn't little Caylee been properly laid to rest?

Why isn't there a law prohibiting attorneys that:

a) wear a size 18 collar dress shirt
b) profit from the murder of a child
c) give their clients crap advice for their own financial benefit

...from practicing law in Florida?

When is the next document dump coming so we can stop speculating regarding the facts of this case?

Did I mention the fact that little Caylee has not being properly laid to rest?

How in the He!!!! can the defense get to have custody of the remains.
I have never heard of a case where the defense gets custody of the remains.
If this were a case of stranger killing of a child ( like Danelle VanDam)and then the child's body was discovered after the perp was arrested. They would not have any rights to the remains.
Why oh why is this child being denied a burial?
This is absolutely a miscarriage of Justice.
This monster has abused this child enough, why does she get to abuse the remains now????
There should be a law against this.

Does anyone recall Casey saying during the "new missing video" that she only see's Jose occasionally and it's just strictly business? She says that when she's whining about not having anyone to console or comfort her. It's just the way she says "it's just business" like it wasn't always that way. Like she's being cheated out of physical attention. I also like how she calls him Jose on a first name basis. I think those two were doing more than working on her case when she spent 6 hours a day at his office for all those weeks. How many attorneys hug their clients and behave like Jose does?

My rants are these.In watching the tape of Aug 14th,I saw,in CA,fear and a horrible realization of the situation,and a total manipulation of a "little girl"to her Daddy.Whatever else I may have felt,or do feel about CA,since then ,I could really feel f
or her that day.
I hope that I am wrong---however this nagging feeling that perhaps KC photographed Caylee's last moments,thus the tormented child picture,even something to show to CA,to furthur torment her mother.
I have said on another site that I do not feel that this is the first child that has been lost in this family,and I still believe this to be true,and this is a rant,without proof!
I am not convinced that all of the photos we see of Caylee are of the same child.
I sooo wanted this child to be found alive---even when common sense[31 days] told me otherwise. Da-- you KC!!!

I could rant big time if they would let me in the cell with Casey for about 5 minutes. Don't you just want to slap her silly? I think she needs to realize there are a lot more than Cindy that won't ever forget what she did. And JB thinks he is going to be a big star I guess. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Please, Please bury the precious baby and get on with the trial.
