I always rant about the same thing: attorneys who can't shut their mouths because they've become too enamored with the sound of their own voices and appearing in the media. I've avoided this case for a while, and tuned back in today. In only one day's media blitz, the lovely Casey has been portrayed as both Osama bin Laden and the representative of the freedom our troops are fighting for in Iraq, maybe Afghanistan, too?????? It's crazy. She's an accused child killer and thief and the A's are her parents and the grandparents of the actual victim. They aren't rock stars or world leaders. They don't need reps to announce their every thought to the press every day or fight their petty personal battles.

I am so mad about the statement that JB and LB comparing Casey's case to "One Arm bandit"
They are saying someone else killed Caylee but they are not going to tell LE because it not in best interest of Casey. OKKKKKKKKKKK
So there a child murder out there walking around who could kill another two year old.
I really thought LB was smarter than this. She need to drop out of this case she might not have career left after this one.
And BC bring up our troops in the same sentence has Casey name. this statemnet floored me.

I wonder why people refer to Caylee as "this little girl." I found it offensive when her family did it, and I wonder if the attorneys who do it are attempting to "depersonalize" her.

Rant #2 for me:
I'm annoyed that in the "eulogy"/memorial statement CA put in the paper, she left out Caylee's father (I will give her a little slack in case she contacted him and he didn't want to be included). Then there's the other possiblity that he was included, just not as the father, What about aunts and uncles, Rick, and GA's sister etc. Why 2 mentions of Kidfinders and none of those family members?

Caylee has and always be the victim.Not KC,CA,GA or LA.They will live with a cloud of darkness for rest of their lives,and the actions they did after the fact.

It struck me as kind of odd how this past week, NG has been sticking up for CA - even more than usual. LP put the hammer down on her and NG backs it off. Well, now I know why. NG et. al. has been in negotiations to cover the memorial. How does this differ from GR sucking up to JB for a story? NG doing coverage of the memorial really just dissapoints me.

BC stated at a recent presser that Caylee's remains were "safe and sound at the funeral home." Bad choice of words, BC. Cayle is anything but "safe and sound" and it appears to me her remains have been virtually abandoned. :furious:

I am infuriated that WBC is protesting at the memorial! This group is disgusting.

I was not in favor of this memorial to begin with and would not go even if I were in Orlando. I feel it will be a circus. However, since the memorial IS happening, I would like to see it be a peaceful one.

My rant is that this case is going to drag on for years, costing taxpayers millions and make a mockery of the short life of Caylee.

I want justice and I want it now. It's as plain as the nose on your face. The spin/smoke & mirrors defense tactics should be outlawed. What's wrong with trial in the morning, hanging in the afternoon. It may seem barbaric but you have to think, when we had a justice system like that, no one went around killing their children and then went out for a tattoo and a month long booty call.
