The complaint will be a huge blow to aging Cosby – who already faces close to 30 historic accusations of sexual assault or rape – as Goins is the first accuser whose allegations appear not to be covered by the statute of limitations.

Goins, who told DailyMail.com how she woke up naked in a drug haze as Cosby licked her toes, was allegedly attacked in 2008.

If convicted, Cosby could face up to 48 months in jail as well as a possible $10,000 fine, under Californian law.

Goins’ lawyer Spencer Kuvin said his client was determined to seek justice despite being ‘very afraid of a powerful, influential man who clearly took advantage of her in a situation’.

Two shows in Boston on February 8 are expected to go ahead although further protests are expected

Ticketmaster is also offering refunds for two Denver shows, although organizers are insisting that the performances will go ahead

There are 21 dates remaining on the tour which is scheduled to run until May 2

Judd Apatow continued to attack Bill Cosby, this time saying at the Golden Globes on Sunday that 'he should be in jail'

Apatow also said of Cosby in an interview, 'I see him a little bit as our comedy dad. It's like finding out your comedy dad is a really evil guy'

As for why he keeps attacking Cosby, Apatow brought up the fact that he has two young daughters
This comes just one week after Cosby joked about the claims, saying at a stand-up show, 'you gotta be careful about drinking around me'

Pretty big difference between Woody Allen and Bill Crosby.

Crosby has over two dozen accusers and has not provided ANY evidence showing they are lying.

Woody Allen had one accuser, a 7 year old who claimed Allen molested her right around the time he was having an affair with her 20 year old adopted sister, who is now his long time wife. Accusations that came out after a VERY UGLY breakup between Allen and Farrow. All things considered there are good reasons to give Allen the benefit of the doubt.

Sources inside the Mansion tell TMZ ... Cosby's team reacted immediately -- asking if Hef's security team has any surveillance footage from the night of the party. We're told they also want names of employees and other guests who might be able to recall seeing Cosby and Goins.

So he is admitting that it's at least true that he was there and interacted with her ? You wouldn't ask for people who rememb er seeing you with someone at a party if you were somewhere else.

I wish they'd let the police talk to them first. How accurate is anyone's recollection going to be if Cosby's fixers get there first with, "look, there's a sizeable investment that Mr Cosby could do in your business... you're sure you were with Mr Cosby all night?"

I'm thinking it's early days for Cosby. Cosby may not have a lucrative new gig now but it doesn't mean he won't get any new projects later after the dust has settled. Memories are kind of short.

He's getting older and might decide it's time to call quits though.

The number of accusers is a bit of a double-edged sword here I think. Some people believe that the more smoke the more fire there is. But it doesn't seem to make a difference to the conspiracy school as sometimes the comments indicate the belief that the more smoke the more likely it is to be a set-up and people jumping on the bandwagon. How could he have molested thirty women and only have it come out now, that sort of thing.

I think the concern is that his kind of money is perfectly able to tamper with the witnesses and find someone to swear to whatever his team wants.

But, he's America's Dad and told the Huxtable kids off for lying, I saw it on TV, so he wouldn't do that, for sure...?

I simply don't trust the defense team nor their tactics due to the attitude/contempt they have displayed toward the victims that have come forward so far. the tapes (I am assuming there were tapes) could have already been destroyed if the defence had access to them before LE, which I hope is not the case.

As I have previously stated, if BC is innocent of these allegations, why not nip all this in the bud and come forward with documentation proving so......travel itineraries, venue contracts, etc.
