TT: Okay. You went upstairs and got ready for bed; was Patsy already in bed by the time you went upstairs?
JR: She was in bed when I went to go to bed, I remember that. Uh, . . .
TT: And you guys have kind of separate bathrooms there, you guys are getting ready about the same time then?
JR: Uh, I don’t really remember Patsy getting ready at the same time, but I can remember she was in bed when I went to go to bed.
TT: Okay. But about, actually which staircase did you use to get upstairs?
JR: The ah. . .
TT: The front or the back?
JR: The front.
TT: Okay. You came to the top of the stairs after helping Burke get ready for bed, do you recall whether Patsy was in bed at that time?
JR: I don’t remember, one way or the other.

Response #1: She [Patsy] was in bed when I went to go to bed.
Response #2: I can remember she [Patsy] was in bed when I went to go to bed.
Response #3: I don't remember, one way or the other.

20 LOU SMIT: Usually how big of an
21 audience was it?
22 JOHN RAMSEY: Oh, there might be
23 50 people.
24 LOU SMIT: So it's not like
25 hundreds?
0455
1 JOHN RAMSEY: No, no, not the ones
2 I was at. Just kids running around, you know,
3 siblings and babies and --
4 LOU SMIT: Any room for perverts
5 in there?
6 JOHN RAMSEY: I could have gotten
7 in there. I could have walked in. It wasn't
8 hard to walk in and sit down and act like a
9 relative, I suppose. I didn't see anybody that
10 didn't look like they were part of the group, in
11 terms of having a child or have children there,
12 it wasn't a stranger sitting over in the corner
13 in a raincoat or something like that, but it
14 would have been possible, certainly, to do that,
15 if you were so inclined.

I think this pretty much speaks for itself.

:giggle:

Other evidence of what I term The Gaslighting of the Public.

Isn’t it amazing how many statements are delivered with such nonchalance, seeming to diminish legitimate questions.

The Pageants. JR: Just a little weekend activity of Patsy and JonBenet.

JonBenet’s over-the-top costumes inappropriate. Patsy: That’s in the mind of the beholder.

Bedwetting. Patsy: No big deal. JR: Didn’t know about it.

Chronic sexual abuse evidence. Patsy: I want to see the report of that.

Perverts at pageants. JR: Guess so.

Compare those responses to the vehemence of the CNN interview: Hold your babies close! There’s a killer out there!!

It was Christmas night, they had some things planned for after Christmas, I think something happened that night and JB ended up dead, I believe JR and PR loved their kids but was always so preoccupied, especially PR doing all the pageant stuff with JB. No one expected JB to die that night, but I believe the parents covered up for the one who did it(or who had started it), the time lapse from the head blow to strangulation was because(imo), someone under the age of 10) hit her and then woke his parents, maybe the lapse was because of the early morning phone call and trying to figure out what to do, maybe they thought the head bash killed her and then decided to do the SA and the strangulation, thinking she was already dead. This is why she was murdered face down, so the killer wouldnt have to look at her while they stranguled her

Wow, thank you so much, eileenhawkeye! I haven't seen this before.

What happened to the pineapple thread???? i will answer myself lol, all the bickering going on im sure tricia had it removed

Wow, they won't admit to her own handwriting.

Especially PR around the 12:30 mark, saying, "You make a 'g' with the tail to the left...". Does she think everyone makes their 'g's like that? The tails in the video look like backwards 'L's, I would say that is a rather rare way to make a 'g'. Most, if not all, of the people I know write and were taught to write their 'g's like this, with the tail pointing upwards:

Hanwritten Lowercase 'g'.jpg

Does anyone here write their 'g's as PR has described?

Folks, a while back, I said that I felt like a dinosaur due to holding onto PDI in the face of what seems like a flood of BDI. Well, since my earlier attempt to express myself was not successful, I'll give it a go here. And I'll probably lose a few friends for doing it.

It just strikes me that people are willing to buy BDI because he seems to fit one of the widely-held ideas about murder: that it's "the quiet ones" you have to watch. We've all heard that one, right? Whenever a murder is reported, what do the neighbors say. "He was a quiet guy." Ya gotta watch those quiet ones.

This sounds like a very dangerous assumption! While you're watching a quiet one, a noisy one will 🤬🤬🤬*ing kill you! Here's a scenario: you're in a bar with two other people. One guy's sitting in the corner, sipping a Budweiser, not talking. The other guy's banging a machete on the bar, screaming "I'll kill the next m*****🤬🤬🤬*er who comes in here!"

WHICH ONE ARE YOU GONNA WATCH?!

Well, all comedy aside, that's how I see it. Of the three other people besides JB in the house, PR was, to my way of thinking, the most obviously unstable. SOMETHING was "off" with her. I don't know what, or how she got it, but I'm damned if there wasn't something.

I completely agree that PR was the most unstable person in that house. Just watching the interviews of her and JR showed me her imbalance of emotions; giggling on her first appearance on Larry King Live, getting extremely angry with Steve Thomas on her second appearance and then a few moments later almost consoling him, telling Larry she feels sorry for him, etc.

However, what makes me a BDI is his bizarre behavior after the murder. I know that JR and PR's behaviors were extremely strange as well (especially PR's), but for a child to behave this way seems even more odd. On top of that, add LHP's under-the-covers story, possible train track marks on JBR's back, and BR's cheeky police photo, and you've got even more pointing to BR.

You don't have to worry about losing friends here, SuperDave! I would hope, on a forum where you're supposed to disagree with others, that people won't take it personally (oh, who am I kidding?). I liked your analogy, by the way! It got me thinking, for sure.

I'm just saying: if it was likely that someone in the house killed another in a rage, and behavior was all you had to go on, you'd pick the most obviously unstable person, right?

Well, if the tail goes to the right, then it's a q.

I'm still a PDI.

If behavior was all you had to go on, of course. The problem is, according to Linda Wilcox, "JonBenet was the only happy person in that house," meaning they were all a bit unstable. It's a flip of the coin, really.

What are we looking at with the pages with the kids photos and the captions? R's photo album? Or something Patsy did for someone? It's creepy to see the ransom letter handwriting in that context.

Yes, they are from a Ramsey photo album.

Little bit of a Freudian slip at 2:00 Patsy?

"I believe whoever read the ransom note had something to do with her murder"
