It wouldn't surprise me if SDSO tried to claim it was the dog. lol

I certainly would like to know what the ^above^ BBM is supposed to mean.. Because it is absolutely false, 100% all the way false.. Especially in speaking of AT&T specifically this is not true..
A call that goes unanswered or goes directly to voicemail is ABSOLUTELY REGISTERED ON YOUR ITEMIZED STATEMENT.. it will show the exact time, the phone number the incoming call was originating from and it will be allotted the generic amount of time of 1 minute.. This to is identically the same with any outgoing calls that go unanswered.. The number that's being called is listed as is the generic amt of time of 1 minute is listed..
The calls that are listed as 1 minute calls are calls that were not answered.. They are listed as 1 minute in length, as is a call that lasts under 60 secs.. Any amount of call under 60 secs is automatically listed as 1 minute..
There is no reason, nor is it even possible for the call to not be listed.. Even if JS had used the Slydial feature which is how you call a phone and force it to go directly to voicemail(I believe this was purposed earlier).. Even if using this feature IT STILL WOULD LIST THE NUMBER FROM WHICH THE CALL ORIGINATED(in this case that would be from either JS cell or the Coronado hospital)..
Even if he had used *67 that most know will block the number from showing up on the persons cell you are calling but rather show up as private or number not available.. Nonetheless still would be no excuse as it is a fact that tho the number would be blocked on the persons incoming call however in the itemized list from AT&T IT STILL LISTS THE NUMBER THE CALL ORIGINATED FROM..
There is no way possible that the call that was made that JS states he made at 1230 with news of Max's grave turn for the worse.. There is no reason that it would not be on the itemized list.. That is a fact!!!

I do apologize. It was rude because I'm just tired of this. It's very hard to go up against a bunch of folks. I do apologize, it's not in my character at all.
technology does have limitations and LE did admit it. I don't believe they are lying about it.

snipped from the article that Rosemary pasted above:
Contacted by News 8, Romano said she sent the text message to ask if she could come by the mansion.
Family members said Rebecca had picked up Romano at the airport on Monday afternoon, several hours after Max Shacknai's fall down the stairs.
"I just wanted to talk to her about the accident," Romano said. "And so I sent her a text message that said, Hey are you around? I'd like to come by,' and I never heard from her. She never responded to me."
Romano recalled sending the text earlier in the evening, though, and questioned the 10:41 p.m. time stamp on the AT&T call log.
Maybe she stayed there part of the time and stayed with DS at the hospital and RMcDH part of the time. It sounds logical, since Rebecca picked her up at the airport.
BBM:so, Rebecca picks her up at the airport in the afternoon .... then she texts Rebecca at 10:41PM to see if Rebecca is home because she wants to talk about the accident? She wanted to visit at 10:41PM???
Who did Rebecca call? didn't she talk to her sister? what time was that at?
Does anyone else think it's strange that all the calls to her own family ended, then we have Nina and supposedly Jonah calling very late at night and within hours Rebecca is dead and shortly after Adam finds her? It just all seems too condensed into a small space of time with no one else present but Dina's family and Jonah/Jonah's. Neither of which seem very sympathetic to this woman dying.
I do...I find it very strange! One would think that LE would have found it strange...just thinking logically.
Thinkingstraight - thank you for the apology, though I'm not sure you needed to make one. This is a very puzzling case. The only thing that exceeds the mystery of it all is the truly tragic aspect. Within one horrible horrible week, 2 otherwise healthy people who lived in the same mansion died under circumstances that are testing our powers of reason. It evokes quite a bit of emotion within us standers-by who are trying to make sense of it. There is an obvious divide among those of us here. Each 'side' if you will, feels passionate in their beliefs. Each side is doing their best to justify their opinion. In doing so, it often comes across as frustration 'against' the 'other side'. I myself have been moved by frustration to post opposing arguments against those who believe differerently, as if my counter-point will be the one to miraculaously change minds. I realize that is an effort in futility now, however still get drawn in to debating an opposing opinion. It is one of the main reasons we are here - to discuss and dissect these troubling cases to help ourselves and each other to come to terms with what is so tragic and mysterious. I have to remind myself that it should NOT be my purpose to convince people I am right. Otherwise I would have become a lawyer....or a politician. LOL
I have admired the tenacity of those who are expressing their opinions, especially on the 'side' that seems to have fewer vocal folks on this board. I admit those who have a differing view than I often times drive me to distraction. But at the end of the day, I can see those opinions have always been stated respectfully and succinctly. It is hard when the arguments are coming in so fast. No post or opinion ever seems to go unchallenged, on either 'side'. Sometimes that feels exhausting. I applaud those who are trying their best to be civil and respectful, and so far from what I've read, that seems to be everyone here. Well done fellow WSers! You inspire me, and give me hope for the human race![]()
Per Verizon Wireless:
Once a Voice Mail has been erased, the message is permanently deleted from the Voice Mail network. No one can retrieve it.
As of now, we haven't seen any physical evidence that anyone even send this message to begin with.
