Wrapped in a sheet & stuffed in a trash bag rings familiarity to me, somebody that "cared" for Hailey. Would SA have taken the tine to 'swaddle' Hailey, or would BD? I'm fairly certain a normal sex offender that's a stranger to Hailey wouldn't take the time to wrap her up before disposing her body.

Only if they need to hide the fact that they have a body in their pick up truck. People might notice that, but a bag would not draw attention.

Why BD and SA are stuck together like glue, IMO:

The scenario in my head is that SA suggested that they give Hailey a TV for her room, so that she would be isolated in her room, vs on the couch (and why did she want to sleep on the couch?) in the living room (in the the picture of the 4 of them sitting in a row, SA has the eyes of a predator, imo, and Hailey has the posture of a girl in a protective/defensive stance). Billy finds SA in Hailey's room and reacts with jealous rage, against Hailey (we've seen it happen before). That is the fight she had with Hailey.

They have to stick together due to BD's violence against Hailey, and SA's sexual assault of Hailey.

Did you just hear DH and I say this very thing :what: We also suggested that BD might have allowed SA to have sex with her daughter. Given the behaviors of both adults, it wouldn't surprise me if something like this was going on. :moo:

The whole 'sleeping in the couch' thing always made me uncomfortable. Teens like their privacy. Ask any of the teens you know if they would rather sleep in their own bedroom or out in the living room on a couch.

There is a reason Hailey didn't want privacy, IMO.

BD & SA both had VERY QUESTIONABLE polygraphs, yet a couple well known advocates came out to help BD, yada yada yada. Maybe if they didn't get involved on a personal level something would have popped up earlier.

Yep... BD is like Karla Homolka... That's been my theory all along. HD may have been the ultimate Christmas gift.

I wonder if they knocked her out and HD overdosed or choked or the like, similar to Tammy Homolka.

You know, there's still a tiny bit of doubt re. BD & SA. Cannot forget about Clint's GF. At first I thought that Hailey did go to that house and something happened there. And when they found one of her earrings, that kind of solidified my uneasiness regarding her.

My opinion is LE is going to carefully observe both Billie and Shawn with out them knowing when, where or how.

It was discussed in Thread #1. There's a lot of good info there. I suggest going back and perusing it. We had a local whose Son knows the area.
